Description of Work: Over all the problems cited here were resolved after a complaint was made and the chief complaints center on one individual, the one who was to provide the treatment. All others responded reasonably well. I was given a date for treatment. I had two projects scheduled for that date, a roofing replacement and this treatment. The worker showed up, saw the roofers and opted not to treat while they were there for liability reasons. This I can completely appreciate but when he showed up, he did not speak to me to share this information and to arrange another time or date. (It could have been done the same day since they finished early afternoon and he was scheduled to arrive early afternoon). I called the company and was told that I would be contacted for reschedule. I was not contacted when promised. I contacted the company again and was again told that another date would be scheduled. I was not called but about 2 days later a sign appeared in my lawn indicating that treatment was given when I was not there. This was a concern for several reasons as it appeared that the worker did not do what I was told would need to be done and why didn't he bother to call to tell me it was done at least. I called the company and complained. To their credit, they saw my concerns and sent out another worker to perform treatment. They lost money on this as I was planning to enroll in their annual inspection/treatment/warranty plan. Now at least I know the treatment, which is supposed to last 10 years, was done correctly.

Description of Work: We use them for termite control, bugs, and mice. They come at least every 2 months.
