I had a disappointing experience with Lockhart Plumbing, not due to the quality of their work, but because of an issue with double charges. After the work was completed, I noticed that I was charged on two different credit cards for the same service. I provided clear evidence of the mistake, and David Lockhart assured me multiple times that a refund check would be issued. However, it has been quite a while now, and I still have not received any refund. This situation has been incredibly frustrating, and to me, it speaks volumes about their ethical standards. Despite repeated promises, the issue remains unresolved. I would caution anyone considering their services to be aware of the potential for issues like this and to ensure everything is handled properly upfront. It is unfortunate because the workmanship itself was not the problem, but this lack of accountability has left a bad impression

Had Lockhart Plumbing come out to fix a leaking pipe... They dismantled my shower and left "to pick up a part" and didn't show back up until 2 weeks later. Multiple phone calls and emails went unanswered. 2 WEEKS LATER they finally fixed my shower. Months later I found out that the pipe they "fixed" was leaking all over my AC unit which ended up costing me $600. I called the manager to complain about this and they tried pulling the cancer card. Oh the technician "has cancer" and it must have been on a day he wasn't feeling right. BS AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

David was perfessional..did excellent work...I will call again and tell people to call him

Terrible. Pockets warranty money while purchasing cheap subpar components under the guise of that is what the warranty company authorized. Charges what is nations highest per hour rates, while driving a Tesla to worksites. Warranty company has launched an investigation at this point.

David and his crew from Lockhart plumbing was awesome! They did a excellent job installing the main water line.They are on the job on time, they clean up after themselves.They do quality work and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.I would hire them again.

He told us how much the service would cost in advance. He came back and yesterday for another service. He's very knowledgable.

Exceptional customer service and workmanship. Dave texted me to let me know in advance to let me know he was running late (on a Saturday afternoon). As for replacing the faucet, he disassembled the old and cleaned the drain/stopper pipe, and replaced within an hour.
