I'm a repeat customer! The customer service is impeccable! I call for advice and referrals I trust them so much!

Everyone I was involved with was very curtious and answered all my questions. Being almost completely deaf, they made the extra effort to make sure I knew what I was purchasing and the warranty is the best. I had one issue with the wireing. I kinda think that should be included in the installation. Other than that, I really think that Kelly heating and cooling is a company that does quality work. I would definitely recommend them to a friend. But if you have any wiring issue, please be advised it will cost extra. Ask the technician about the possibility of having any wiring that might need replacing and an estimate for the wiring. I didn't ask.

Thrilled to have found Kelly's Heating & Cooling through Home Advisor... a dear friend had also recommended them, but I still wanted to check with this site before proceeding. It has been a most positive experience from initial phone contact (Wendy at the ofc. called within 15 minutes) and the prompt service call that followed. My new heat pump will be installed next week -- and I'm already 99.9 % convinced Kelly's will Be my 'go to' for any Heating & Air Conditioning needs after that.

This is my second review.Two or three weeks after I had them service my unit, my a/c stopped cooling and my 4 month old grandson was staying with us.It was the hottest week of the season. I called at 4:30 and they were there by 5:30,found a bad condenser, replaced it, and it was cooling immediately. Also, on their initial service call, Mr. Kelly said that I would qualify for a Dominion Power rebate and helped me fill out the form. I sent it in and sure enough,I received the full amount in the mail! They are good people and they will be my technicians from now on. Thanks again!

Our heat pump died on 7/18/16 (in the middle of a drastic Heat Wave). I put in a request at Home Advisor on Monday evening. They contacted me within minutes of my request and were able to schedule an appointment for the very next morning. The owner (yes, the owner) came to my house the next morning to give me the estimate on having my Heat Pump repaired. Unfortunately, the old system was too far gone to be worth fixing, so we arranged to have a new Heat Pump installed. They scheduled our installation for Thursday and once again, the owner (yes the owner) was onsite to supervise the installation. Their price was very fair and they even made a repair to my duct work at no extra charge. I would highly recommend Kelly H&C to anyone who needs HVAC repair or replacement.
