This Company called me within an hour of my interest, about 630 in the morning. Basil was very professional, actually took pictures of what was going on under the house. He told me he d be back or his technician later on in the afternoon because a part had to be ordered. Everything Was done in a timely manner and took a lot of the stress out of what could ve been a bad situation. The weather was very cold yesterday, and I wasn t sure what was going to happen . When it s time for me to have my yearly check done on my heat pump this spring I will be calling Basil .

I called Kelly H & C at 2 AM on the coldest night of the year (single digits) and Mr. Kelly answered the phone AND came right over. Within less than 15 minutes, he located the issue and solved the problem. I was much more than impressed that I got service in the middle of the night. We called Kelly Heating and Cooling first thing on a Monday morning after our existing heat pump was filling the house with fumes. Mr Kelly arrived that day and discovered a potentially dangerous situation. We unfortunately had to get a new unit but it was installed by Wednesday afternoon. Very responsive and courteous team. Basil Kelly returned to install our new Nest thermostat the following week. I know who we will call to service our system next time!

Well, folks... have I got a story! Over 2 years ago, in the middle of winter, my heat pump's fan went out. Mr. Basil came from 54 miles away to fix it. I did not have much money and he actually ate some of his profit to make sure I had a great fan to run my heat pump! The previous people had ripped me off. I was down to a Kerosene heater on my kitchen floor. Mr. Basil got my heat pump working again and to this day... almost 3 years later the heat pump is still going strong and keeping me warm in the winter and cool in the summer. When it finally needs to be replaced, I will most definitely call on Mr. Basil Kelly to do the job! To me, on that winter day... Mr. Basil was nothing short of being a hero! Mr. Basil is the most honest and knowledgeable person I have ever come across! To be frank... he deserves your business! He is simply the best in the business and a man with a great heart! I wish him and his family all the success he richly deserves!
