They did a great job and cleaned up after the job was completed. They also bought all the subcontractors they needed to complete the job.

Replaced my heating and cooling system in my 2004 Clayton double wide Mobile home, these guys were great, took all week to install a new system under the house , installed all new ducts under the house too, they stayed until 7 pm Friday evening to make sure everything was working properly before they left, system has been running great for about 3 months, I use about 50% less propane than before, savings should pay for the new system in about 10 years.

Nothing was rushed, all my questions were answered along with other advice,professional work and attitude 100%, best of all,he got my heat to work.

He showed up early which is always great cause I had no heat all weekend and no one else could come out for a day or longer. He was here literally for hours trying to figure out what the issue was, but he was extremely patient. He eventually had to call some other guys in to help and got the same from them. Once it was found what was wrong, he gave me my options on how he could fix it instead of just the 1 expensive option to rob me and empty my account and fill theirs. They explained everything they were doing this long day. I definitely loved my experience with them. And will use their services again if needed...knock on wood I don't any time soon. But I will refer them.

The service was prompt. They did not attempt to overcharge or tack on additional charges. The technician was polite and informative.

THEY SHOWED UP RIGHT ON SCHEDULE, REMOVED THE CLOGGED LINE AND MADE SURE THE AC WAS COOLING OUR HOUSE AS REQUESTED.

Not too helpful on advising me on solutions for my goodman heat pump?,I gather all he wanted is to put a new pump,but he didnt know that I had some one else came in to take a look at the same pump,and suggested to align the ducks.so I ended up paying $325.00 for adding 2 lbs of Freon r22. He made $325.00 in less than 15 min and no discount. No satisfied.

Basil Kelly, John, and Patrick did a very good job of explaining what need to be done to help with my system. The price was overall good. They were fairly prompt and did a great job of putting a new compressor, air handler and thermostat. The air handler in the attic looks great and looks much better than the unit that they replaced. They also did the best that could with the duct work that was not set up well on the initial build. I would use them again in the future if I needed help.

Did a great job. Had AC unit issue and had the part I needed and fixed problem right away. Will use them again when needed.

B. showed up with his tech. Both were very nice and definitely polite. Unfortunately, B. was sick and had to leave. They were unable to fix the unit and had to order it. Did not hear anything for a week and called to find out when it would be in. A few days later they sent the tech out to repair. Again, very nice but price was no better than anyone else and in some cases a little higher. They were also supposed to come out and service all our heat pumps. Called about this and told they would schedule after the repair but never heard another word from them.

From the first call to their office, the person answering the phone was helpful and upbeat. She gave us a time frame on a Sunday no less which a technician would contact us and he met that time frame as well. Willie was the young, knowledgeable and friendly technician who responded to our call. He was quick to find our problem and solve it so that my wife and I would not have to bear 90 plus degree temperatures. I have only the best to say about him, and the company (Kelly Heating and Cooling and of course Home Advisor) he represented. Great job!

Do NOT hesitate to call this company! They are OUTSTANDING and I would give them over a 5 star rating if I could! Julie and Scott Bailey
