The weather caused some delays, so each project was completed at a different time. All things considered, Jesse did a good job and cleaned up once the jobs were completed.

Installed incorrect kitchen undercabnet lighting then charged me to correct mistake. Increased price of replacing carbage disposal after install. Cost me $ 300 more than estimate when work was completed. Will not use again. Will not recommend.

Mr. Frye was very meticulous and thorough in all his work. Consequently he was a little bit slow in completing the job, but he got it done by the deadline that I had given him. He did a wonderful job and the house looks great! And, his price is super reasonable. I will certainly use him again if the need arises and I have recommended him to several of my friends.

We called Mr. Fry to set up a service call and ascertain his charge and he told me a flat $55/hr. They scheduled the service call for 9:00 and arrived at 9:10. The work was completed within 1.5 hours. I received an invoice for 2.5 hours at $65/hr and thought they had a typo and called them to correct it. They appeared to have done good work but the billing was of concern. They corrected the invoice to 1.5 hours but I did not discuss the overage hourly charge as I had not review my notes at the time. So, we rescheduled another service call at another unit. Mr. Fry arrived on time completed the work in less than 1.5 hours which included walking the unit to give me what should have been a free estimate but charged for 2 hours. Again $65/hr. I let the hourly charge go but inquired about the extra half hour charge. Our tenant sent us an email letting us know he had left at 10:29 am. The service call was for 9am. When I contacted him, he said that he was going to charge for travel time. I confronted him about the travel charge as he did not disclose that at the time we set up the service calls. Mr. Fry said that he doesn't usually charge for travel but in this instance he was going to make it a policy to charge a 2 hour minimum. Again, he never mentioned a minimum hourly charge at the time we set up the service call and I inquired about this charge. He said that he usually does not charge a minimum hourly charge but he is in this instance because of the distance. A distance he was aware of at the time the service call was scheduled but failed to mention any travel charge or minimum charge when we discussed his charges AND a charge was was after-the-fact imposed. This was a very distasteful encounter and I have to question his integrity.

I must say that dealing with Jesse Fry has been nothing short of amazing. What started out as a simple request to repair a possible leak in our ceiling turned in to a great relationship. We ended up hiring Fry's Handyman Services to remodel our kitchen. Jesse was a HUGE help in advising us on what we should do since our house is about 80 years old. Dealing with plaster walls can turn out to be a disaster, so Jesse suggested placing paneling in our kitchen. Of course, everyone's first thought is "YUCK."; however, he told us about the HUGE assortment of paneling available, which includes the gorgeous grey/white paneling you see in many beach houses. Long story short, the kitchen looks AMAZING! Jesse is very hones, dependable, friendly, professional, kind, and just a great guy to deal with. He is currently working on painting a townhome for us so we can place it on the market. When he's done with that, we plan on contracting him to remodel our entire house, including a deck. As a side note, our home was recently broken in to and Jesse came over and was kind enough to use scraps from the back of his truck to secure our door that was kicked in by an intruder. He is more than just a contractor. He is a friend. That being said, I would HIGHLY recommend his services, regardless of size. He does not pressure you to do anything!!. He merely suggests things to keep you within budget. I am so happy we found him because, these days, everyone seems to be out to take peoples' money. I'm sure that keeps a lot of folks from having work done on their homes. So, if you are looking for an honest person to hire for any home-improvement job, call Fry's Handyman Services. You will never have to call another contractor again. Jesse can do it all!

He did a very good job at a fair price. I have used him twice and plan on bringing him back to install a patio door.

It went very well. They worked continuously and resolved all the problems associated with installing the shutters. They were courteous, professional, friendly, and very professional.

Jessee Fry and his team were professional, dependable and thorough on each job they have completed for us. They did exactly what they said they would do and more. Extremely easy to work with and would recommend their services to anyone looking to get quality work done at a good price.

I personally thought he was very expensive. He did not leave a receipt for charges. I felt very disappointed.

Work went well

Very punctual when scheduling the time to come give an estimate. Eventually provided a written estimate. Cancelled last minute for a medical procedure. Rescheduled for one week later. Called the morning he was expected to arrive to say his truck had broken down. Rather than arrive later that day or even the next day, he wanted to push it back another week! I agreed but have heard no response. Completely unprofessional. Not the right person if you actually wish to have you project completed. Or started for that matter.

He did a good job and put it back just like it was.

It was good, he did a good job. He was on time and nice. He was presentable and everything worked out.

Because Fry's Handyman Services gave me mismatched quotes I thought he was ridiculous. He said it would take a project that most people considered somewhat small 4 weeks to do. I don't want to get price gouged. Honestly, if I'm going to pay that kind of money I'll go to a competitor who's going to make it worth my while. He was very professional and he had contracts so that seemed nice but he said his family members help him with everything. That didn't really make me feel comfortable. He left with a negative taste in my mouth.

Mr. Fry had to reschedule because of weather. He was nice. Explained what was being done.

From the initial phone call, Jesse was very professional and straightforward regarding the work and his estimate. He and his counterpart arrived on-time and were very honest with the requirements for the job. Very pleased with the service, professionalism, and the work performed. Oh did I mention, the price quoted was very affordable and actually the price that was paid!!!! Definitely will use them again.

They were excellent, on time, courteous, and very friendly.
