J&C installed my heat pump when the old one went bad. That's the set of calls that matters most. Our inside unit started smoking--enough so that we called the fire department. It was one of the most frigid winters we've had in recent years; lots if people who had heat still had issues with freezing pipes. J&C worked us into the schedule the very next day and got us back into auxiliary heat to tide us over. A Few days later they tried a part for the heat pump. We started small, but they ultimately decided that a full replacement would be needed. (they even took back the trial part!) They gave us several options as well as enough information to make an educated decision about a new unit that would be best for us. Every call has been a pleasant experience with cleanup included. This is a professional company with honest values and compassion for their customers. I have already recommended them to several others.
