+ -1 moreThis was a great experience (as opposed to others who simply ignored my maintenance company's calls). Very polite, professional, and most of all, responsive and able to fix the problem. I would call them again in a heartbeat, even if it was for something not covered by my contract.
Description of Work: I have a home maintenance contract. When my air conditioner died on a 90 degree plus day, there was no one on their list in the Colonial Beach area. I suggested Groves--they contacted them and a serviceman was at my home that same afternoon. He repaired my air conditioner, including a freon leak, dealt with informing and billing my maintenance service, collected my $100 deductible, and went on to another job. He was knowledgeable, polite, and a competent repairman.
