Best painting service ever! Punctual, professional, clean...the crew was great. Greg was easy to work with and very knowledgeable--helped me to make good decisions when I didn't really know how to proceed. Very happy with the results and will definitely use Mondo Improvements again.

This company really exceeded our expectations. From the estimate to the final completion everything was A plus. The prep work that Greg and his team completed before even started to paint was exceptional. We are extremely pleased and the price was reasonable.

Fabulous! Absolutely a fabulous job! They provided sound advice, and did great work. The result is just beautiful! They actually came earlier than they said they would due to a previous cancellation, and I plan on using them again in the future!

They don’t do everything, but if I call them and they could do the work then I have them come give me a bid. Their prices have never been too high that I’ll dismiss them and their quality is excellent. I found them by accident, but I have been very pleased with their work. They are courteous and I trust them. They do things the right way.

He came to my home and took measurements for the quarter round I needed for my large bedroom and we talked about the kind of fireplace surround I wanted. I had two projects completed by Mondo Improevements. The first was the daunting task of transforming a long neglected basement workroom into a new clean space. Greg came out and examined the mess before him and immediately saw potential I never dreamed of. The space was soon cleared of the massive debris, which was quickly hauled away without a trace. Next, the walls and ceiling were repaired and given fresh coats of paint. The floor and even a small area under the stairs was covered in a warm, utility carpet. Although I had planned to just store away seasonal decorations and other bulky items in the space, the room is now in such beautiful shape that I have much grander plans. Maybe an exercise room, craft space, or even a spare bedroom. The second job was exterior painting of my house. Carlos and his wonderful crew did a beautiful job. The crew was always punctual, hardworking and respectful. The finished product was flawless. Wihtout reservation, I highly recommend Mondo Improvements. They are by far the best professionals I have ever encountered.

This project like others that Mondo has done for me in the past went beautifully! Not only do Greg and his team do superior quality work they are professional, hardworking, meticulous, neat, courteous, respectful of my property and a pleasure to have around. They also show up when they are supposed to and leave the space very clean when they are finished.

We were pleased with the work effort from inception to completion. The job started with a clear understanding of the steps that would be taken to complete the job, and what products would be best suited to the surfaces being refinished/repainted. The work team arrived on time. They were proficient, careful, conscientious and addressed all of our concerns. Overall, it was a very professional job and the outcome more than met our expectations. We intend to use them again.

Management was very personable, explained the process quite well, made several great suggestions and was constantly involved in the project. Workers were on time, friendly, professional and did superior work. I particularly liked how they moved and replaced everything. they cleaned up after each visit. Work was done thoroughly and ahead of scheule (how about that!) Mondo Improvements was great to work with. The price was reasonable and the work was completed according to the promised schedule. The painters were very professional and left the house clean and beautiful. I am very happy with Mondo Improvements, I will use them again and I highly recommend them.

It always goes perfectly when Mondo Improvements is on the job! Seriously. I am a very fussy customer, and Mondo is the one company I can recommend without reservation. Company owner Greg Mondloch is the consummate professional--responsive, knowledgeable, cooperative and congenial. Ditto for the Mondo crews. They are the highest quality craftsmen and very respectable, pleasant people. They start and finish the jobs as promised; they don't rush through a job, but they don't dally. They just get the job done! And they're always on time; they do superb work; they protect the premises completely and do a perfect clean-up daily and after the job is finished. And Mondo's prices are very fair; I wish I'd found this company before I had my exterior trim painted--they would have done a better job at half the price!

I would use them again in a heartbeat. It is a wonderful organization and the men are respectful. They do a meticulous job. I couldn?t be happier. They are the only contractors that I have used in the last five years that I would use again.

Very well. They did a great job, cleaned up well each day, and completed the work a day early. Very extensive prep work. Worked with us to insure the installation they were doing was to our satisfaction before the crown molding was installed.

We highly recommend Mondo Improvements to everyone. Guests that come to our home ask us who did the painting because it looks so beautiful. It took approximately 3 weeks to complete. It was a little pricey but well worth it and I am very happy with the result.
