They were excellent. They always showed up and they were always on time. I had direct contact to the owner through his phone or email. I also had direct contact with the onsite manager through his cell phone and text. Both of them were responsive and their team worked really well. It was everything I was looking for. The owner came and did the estimate and during the work they discovered that some windows had damaged and they do little bit more work. They were always willing to do extra and the price for that was reasonable. They were the most expensive if three bids but I wanted the work done.

They do exterior and interior painting. They also do wood trim replacement. They're excellent at interior painting. They were great. They covered everything and cleaned up everything everyday until the job was done. It took them a couple of days. I would recommend them.

We had some drywall work done in the house and needed it painting. They came gave us an estimated and a date they could start. They showed up the day they said on time and got straight to work. They painted several walls in the house and the prep-work was fantastic. They also replaced a piece of wood siding that was rotted prime and painted it. They also painted our swing set and cleaned our rain gutters. They were here three days and were very quite when they sanded the drywall repairs the had a vacuum getting all the dust that was falling. At the end of the day they would clean any mess they had made which was minimal. This company is just outstanding and we are already working on another list of things we want to get done, It is so nice to have a company so easy to work with Thank-you MONDO Improvements, Inc. you are fantastic.

I've used them different times. They are excellent. I will absolutely will use them again. I've used them for indoor and outdoor painting and carpentry. I would tell others to not look anywhere else. Use Mondo. The quality of their work and the professionalism of their workers are excellent. They're very knowledgeable and professional.

Very comprehensive proposal given. We had to narrow the work down a little to fit our budget which was very easily discussed and done. Was able to get on his calendar within a few weeks of contact to have the work completed. Their team arrived on time each day and cleaned up the job site. Very professional work done and very happy with the end result. Will absolutely have them out in the spring to do the rest of the work we need completed. They were recommended by a realtor friend as well as neighbor that have had equally good results.

We have used Mondo four times in the past and we've just contacted them for a new job. They've painted most of the interior of our house and all of the exterior. Greg is very responsive, and also great at helping to pick colors or making suggestions regarding color choices (he suggested a much nicer green for our master bedroom than the color I initially picked). They also do amazing prep work before painting and make minor repairs as they work. The teams show up on time, they are polite and professional, and they clean up before they go. We've recommended them to several of our friends, who have been equally pleased.

Greg - the owner - does all the quotes and we have used him in the past. Greg is very thorough and takes notes and measurements as he is discussing what you want - he does this in a very conversational manner so you don't even know he's doing it, He made several good suggestions and laid out clearly what would be involved in getting the exposed deck back to clean wood. He recommed a new product that we might want to use on the deck and how it might be better than some other methods and save time and money over the years. The paint Greg uses is always the top of the line Benjamin Moore and he was able to match the exterior color of our 25 year old house. His quote broke out each job we wanted done and what the cost was for each and also as a way to verify he has everything listed that we wanted done. we agreed on the proposal and a date to start - we had vacation plans involved so he was very accomodating. Greg assigned a team of 3 men to the job headed by Juan who had been with him for over 10 years. Juan was great. The team arrived each day at 7:30 and couldn't have been mlore accomodating in trying to get their job done and not interrupt our lives any more than necessary. They did much of the work based on weather forcasts since we had quite a few showers the time they were with us. So the inside and outside work switched based on weather. They did a great job on the deck - got it back to natural wood. This took the most time and labor. Once they got to the bare wood they selected several colors for us to see as we just couldnt tell from paint samples - so they got small cans and painted several boards of each tint. This helped us select the tint we wanted and it came out like it was a brand new deck - just excellent. The inside was done quickly - especially the kitchen ceiling with all the holes needing repair - we were impressed by the quality and speed of their work but especially of that part of the job. All the inside came out beautiful. Highly recommend Greg's company for all pianting needs

We have had Mondo Improvements paint the exterior of our home twice, and the entire interior once. Each time we were highly impressed by the experience, professionalism, skill, and attention to detail that Greg and his crews provided. Both times the exterior required some tricky wood repairs on rotting windows and facing, but the excellent carpenters were able to cut and replace only what was necessary and salvage some windows we thought we might have to replace at great expense. On the interior, Greg had some great ideas for color choices and we have been very happy with his recommendations. If you are interested in getting the cheapest price and have painters slosh paint over existing dirt, bugs, and rotten wood, this probably isn't the company for you. On the other hand, if you want professional painters and carpenters who do all the necessary prep work completely and meticulously, I would highly recommend Mondo. They washed down the areas to paint, removed the gutters for sealing and repairs, and caulked every crack they could find. They even removed the front door and brass door plate to sand the door and repaint it. They also power washed and sealed and stained my deck and it looks better than ever. They actually applied the sealer and stain by brush rather than spray. Each evening everything was cleaned up. And they stuck with a fairly lengthy job until it was completed. They arrived on the date expected and came early each morning to begin work. We couldn't be more pleased by their work, and we will have them return to paint the interior in a few years. We have recommended them highly to our neighbors. Greg and his crew members take great pride in their work and the results show it.

The gentleman, Greg, was trustworthy. They cleaned up very well and did the job on time. They were all good painters. They had to redo some things but it all came out very nicely. Their price was a little higher than other people might charge but it was worth it.

He is a great painter. He came out to look at a hole in our ceiling which was cause due to a pipe leak. He is busy and so he times you for a job, which he gets around to in a couple of weeks. He is licensed and insured. He is perfect, he is just a real gentleman. He comes around and makes sure everything works, and he has some very nice mainly Salvadorians working for him. His prices are good. He is not expensive. He checks everything, and the men he has working for him, are very high class guys.

|Setting up the visit for them to come by to estimate the work and communicating a date was easy. The final cost was exactly what was estimated and Mondo did exactly what they said they would do. I was pleased with the both dealing with Mondo and the work they did and will definitely call on them again when I need more work done.

Overall very pleased with the effort. Not the cheapest but absolutely top tier in terms of quality and service, attention to detail, etc. After seeing all the prep work that goes into a quality paint job I am very happy with the investment. The crew was almost obsessive about leveling drywall seams that had developed or may have even been present since the house was built, and they followed all directions, removing and seamlessly patching medicine cabinets, un-needed cable and phone drops, and all the hundreds or random stuff stuck in the walls the past 30 years. I was in the house often doing separate work and observed the crew constantly going the extra mile. Highly skilled and flawless job.

I have used this company before and they are just the best. Their workmanship is superb and they attend to things other companies wouldn't even notice and certainly wouldn't fix or improve. The workers arrive exactly on time and are always pleasant. They are tidy and clean up well when they are done. I don't think I would consider any other company when I need work done in the house.

Greg came out to do our estimate. He was on time, professional, and gave us a lot of good ideas for paint colors - including varying the intensity to make the color look right on our walls. The team did the prep as planned and we thought the paint job was just okay. The work was satisfactory, but as time has gone by, we've noticed areas that were missed, and a some areas of highlighting of the old color coming through, as well as the test samples that we painted on the wall coming though. I contacted Greg and he had a member of his team come out to the house and he repainted some of the walls and did various touch ups. Everything looks good and he was very fast to make things right.

Greg was highly recommended from the previous owners of our house. We contacted him for deck and outside wood surfaces maintenance. We had a great experience with Greg and his team. They were friendly and professional. Greg came to our house to give an estimate. He gave us plenty of free and very useful advice on everything that I could fix or improve outside and inside. He had a cancellation and offered us to send his team 3 weeks sooner that initially planned. We were thrilled. His team were very nice and they did a great job at a very reasonable price. Our deck is very clean and all outside areas well painted. His team was professional and accommodating. We will contract Greg and his team again in the future.

Greg Mondloch showed up right on time to give me an estimate of the outdoor work we needed done. The work was scheduled and the team of workmen came early in the day to get the job started. They took their time to make sure that everything was done to perfection. They were always punctual. I have never seen a more professional group of men. The work done was excellent and they went over and above the call of duty to make sure our home looked like new when they were finished. I was very impressed with Greg and with the whole team and will use them again in the Fall for interior painting. I have recommended them to a number of neighbors that were impressed with the outcome of their work. So glad to find a reliable company!

We have actually used Mondo two times, and had a great experience both times. First, they replaced our existing Corian counters with butcher block ($1400 or so including cutting to size,sink cut-out and installation, repairing and prepping walls for paint, routering edges, installation, and haul-away). The fit is perfect, they made a nice rounded edge for us, and they used biscuits for fit and stability. They removed the old countertops and patched the walls behind the backsplash. They made a cut-out for the sink and installed it. The entire job was extremely smooth and the finished work looks great. Roger and the team were very careful and respectful of the house; very neat with all work. They did the wood work in the garage and swept it out after - including the fall leaves we never got around to! The price for the work was half what the Ikea contractor was going to charge. About a month later, we brought Mondo back to paint the kitchen. Again, they took care around the house, neatly contained the work to the kitchen, covered everything, hung plastic in the entrances to the kitchen, did beautiful, straight lines on the mouldings and baseboards (I don't know how - I didn't see any tape, but the lines are straight, even, and really clean). They spend a lot of time on prepping, which gives you the best paint job in the end. The kitchen looks absolutely beautiful - it doesn't even look like the kitchen that came with the house. The paint job on the cabinets is amazing. There is not a hint of the former brown wood visible; the white paint covers beautifully because they did several very thin coats with a small, fine-napped roller. The finish is even and you can't even really tell the cabinets were painted. The teams were always very polite and Greg stopped by during the job to see how things were going. We have a number of projects in mind for Mondo in the future and would not hesitate to recommend the company to others.

Greg's crew arrived as scheduled and performed all of the work contracted over the three day period. They cleaned up the work sites at the end of each day. We are extremely pleased with the results and would hire Greg and his crew again.

Excellent work. Very professional. Several rooms required moving heavy furniture, which the team did without damaging the hardwood floors. There were paint drips in occasional spots (outlets, switches, shower floor, tub floor), but team returned and got rid of them quickly. All the beautiful paint made our old front door look shabby, so we hired them back to an install a replacement that we ordered. It didn't come with all the expected molding, so they built it themselves. Great work!

We can't say enough good. We had a huge job for Mondo and they did an outstanding job. Our home is 20+ years old, the last five of which it had renters in it who were a bit tough on things. The price was big, but the amount of work we needed performed was large as well. Greg came in and reviewed all of our requests for work. He also made several great suggestions for additional work which we agreed made good sense and we added those to the work order as well. He provided a bid that was well in line with others we received and we decided we liked working with him best, based on his good suggestions, easy to work-with-personality, and Mondo's good reputation. Greg has incredibly good sense for colors, decorating ideas, etc., that make good sense, and understands the homeowner's concern for details. He was also very attentive to our deadline issues (for moving back into the home.) The work crews spent several weeks working at our home. There were polite, professional, honest and hard-working. (We were not living at the home during the work, but were there every day working on other projects on the home while the crews did their work.) We were very pleased with the extensive prep-work before painting began. Crews identified drywall flaws/imperfections and did a great job of fixing everything so that the final painted walls looked great; better than original. The crew members are all experienced, mostly longtime Mondo employees, and it shows in their work. Greg was extremely helpful during the color selection process and has excellent taste. At his suggestion, we added moldings in several rooms (wall, footboard, crown molding, etc.), epoxied the garage floor--which my husband loves--and relocated our kitchen island. Greg also understood some minor touch-ups would be required after our move in, and sent the crew back to take care of it. We highly recommend Mondo and will be using them exclusively for our future home painting needs.

The job was completed with excellent results and the rooms look wonderful. High quality all around. The crew was professional and addressed quickly any concerns raised, with much attention to detail and leaving the house in good shape at the end of each day and the end of the job. Greg is professional, trustworthy, courteous, attentive to the job, and has high standards.
