After nearly a year and a half the company had still not even completed the permit applications, unable to figure out the online permit request system. We informed them that we no longer wanted to work with them and requested receipts for the small amount of work they completed and a refund for the rest of our $15,000 deposit. After three months they have not returned calls or responded to certified letters and have essentially stolen our money. We are now having to move to legal action."
