+ 1 moreEd was great he is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He explained all of our options, and give us an estimate for each. The work was done in a timely manner. Ed is a skilled craftsman and he did an excellent job. His attendtion to detail is amazing. Everything looks like new and our house is 20 years old. This is the second time we've used Ed Corish?s services. We've been extremely happy with his work on both occasions.
Description of Work: We hired Ed Corish to do some exterior repairs on our townhouse. We had some wood rot on a bay window and some on other window trim. He also painted the repaired areas.

+ -1 moreOur remodel went well, although I would have been happier if it had taken less time, but thats not always something that you can control. Weather played a big part in the delays. I am happy with the results, and we would consider using this firm again for future work.

+ 9 moreSee above, spend the time to tell him exactly what you want. He gives you a realistic bid, not like other contractors who add on later.
Description of Work: I first had Ed build a new front porch and expand front entry. His work was great and price very fair. So next I had him add a back screened porch--he had suggestions that saved me a lot, and resulted in a great looking porch. He even went around to different stores to find matching siding for all projects and also matched the rooflines and colors. He also did a major re-model of a small bathroom at about half price of the bigger outfits.
