Very well. They opened a pool that had not been operational for a couple years and were able to help clean it sufficiently that very little additional work was required to get it fully up and usable. (This is typical in my experience as it takes several cleanings and filter backwashes to get a pool clear especially after a lengthy time without use.)

I was out of town in the middle of February and unfortunately my gardner had failed to come by the house to check the return basket for debris removal. And as I keep my pool open all year round, it's important to check on it daily so that the pump isn't sucking air. Well, it snowed, my gardner didn't come and the basket filled with debris so the pump stopped circulating water and the pool water froze. I was following the weather while I was away so I called Evan and asked him to go by and check on the pool since I was unable to reach my gardner. Evan went over in the middle of the freezing weather and wrapped all the exposed pvc with electrical heating wire and insulation to keep the above ground pvc from breaking. he also dismantled the gas heater so that it wouldn't freeze and break and opened the filter up. because of his work, none of my pool equipment cracked or was damaged. the only thing that got damaged was my pool tile from the freezing and expanding water which is not something that could have been avoided. i am very grateful for Evan's work ethic. I've dealt with dozens of Pool companies since mine was built in 1997. And Evan is by far, the best of the best. I'd never call another company to work on my pool. And besides, he's a pleasure to shoot the breeze with.
