Description of Work: I was smelling gas coming from my gas logs. I called Swoope and after several rounds of phone tag, I was able to set a date for an appointment. They came promptly and fixed the leak so I could use the gas logs as it was starting to get cold. The gas company informed me that I needed a shutoff valve within 6 feet of the fireplace ( have one but it is in the basement...still technically 6 feet away). They suggested I have one right at the fireplace. I asked Swoope to remedy this and they didn't remember to do it. That's ok...it wasn't an emergency. I will make another appointment and have them do it at a later date.
