They tackled a really tough job (estate house with serious mold contamination) with courtesy and efficiency. Great spirit, hard work, and a human touch in the process - all reasons I will heartily recommend them.

+ 0 moreThey came out right away within the 24-hour emergency service they advertise, within an hour after I called. They got to work right away and started to move things to take care of the immediate problem. What I like about this company is that they can handle the whole job. They dried out the carpet, determined the damage, removed it, and are now handling the orders of the replacement pieces.
Description of Work: There was a water leak in one of my rental homes that had damaged the carpet. ServPro set up fans and humidifiers for five days to help dry the carpet out. The carpet has now been removed as it was determined to be coming apart and was unable to be saved. The linoleum in the kitchen also had to be removed in the downstairs apartment. My home insurance has been covering all charges for the damage.
