 + -1 moreVery well. I was very happy with the results. I felt that the fee was reasonable, though I don't remember exactly what I paid at the time. The person I talked to when I made the appointment, Michael, was very helpful and answered my questions and concerns regarding pet odor on the wall to wall carpeting. I will call them again when the carpets need cleaning.
Description of Work: I needed a large room with wall to wall carpeting cleaned, also an area rug and a set of stairs. In addition, they took away a wool area rug to be cleaned at their place of business.

Description of Work: Robert and Mike (?) came to my house to give me an estimate on carpet cleaning. They measured my oriental rugs (3), took them, along with their pads to their shop for cleaning and wrapping for storage for an upcoming move. Robert came back to clean and condition a leather couch and chair. He then brought the rugs back on another day. This is a good firm with good services. I highly recommend them!

Sent employee to clean the carpets and then later supervisor visited to ensure work was done correctly, Area rugs were really nice -- I have issues with dog hair and they looked (and smelled!) great. They are very careful about recommending the correct process for the type of rug/carpet, explain the difference between types of processes, tested all for colors fastness before continuing.
Description of Work: Onsite cleaning of carpet on my stairs and in two bedrooms. Offsite cleaning of two large area rugs.

 + -1 moreThe carpet stayed quite damp for well over 48 hours; I was told it would be dry in no more time than 6 hours. Only two chairs were moved - simple desk chairs. Ottomans, floor lamps, end tables,etc. were not adjusted or moved. Even the areas easily reached under the bed were not cleaned. The service took all of 40 minutes from beginning to end, which totally surprised me as any service I have used before took 3 hours for the same area. As nice as the two men were, there was no attention to detail. This was the first time I used Angie's list to find a service and am sorry to say I am disappointed.
Description of Work: Cleaned wall to wall carpet in bedroom, hallway and study.
