+ -1 moreMike has always been prompt, efficient, courteous and affordable. He interacts with me at all stages of the work he is doing to make sure it is what I want. Mike is very conscientious, detail orientated and cleans the job site when his work is completed.
Description of Work: I am a widow, and I had an upstairs deck that leaked into the room below. Previously, other contractors had, unsuccessfully, attempted to fix the leak. None had succeeded. In 2013, Reliable Construction successfully fixed the leak! Since 2013, I have used Mike Pettipas for all my homeowner needs from repairs to remodeling. The last jobs Mike completed for me were installing a new hot water connection to my washing machine when the previous line leaked. He also removed all my baseboard heaters, and replaced them with baseboard trim and quarter round. The trim work was perfect - he made it so you couldn't tell there had ever been baseboard heaters.
