+ -1 moreEstimate was accurrate. Work was ery well done, and completed in two days as promised.
Description of Work: Remove old bath tub, shower head, faucets, cermamic tile, wall board, etc., and install new bath tub, faucet, shower head, wall bord, and ceramic tile backing ready for installation of ceramic tile and finish painting. The home owner will install the new tile and complete the finish painting.

+ 1 moreI was quoted a certain amount however by the end of the project I was expected to pay more than double my quote. Upon discussion with the owner he became aggressive and argumentative. I agreed to pay the second amount that was more than double the first. When trying to make the payment he added even more to the bill. I will not use his company to do any future work nor would I recommend him to anyone else. If for some reason you do choose to have him do your work make sure you get a written contract with exact figures and dates outlining all work to be completed. He had not done this for me and I was not aware of this being one of his legal responsibilities. Also, his demeanor and tact were less than desirable especially around my wife who did most of the supervising for the work completed.
Description of Work: I had work done at home and at my office. He did flooring, demolition, plumbing, and heating to name just a few things. Overall repairs were decent but professionalism and punctuality were lacking to say the least.
