+ -1 moreI called and described the problem and told him that it was not an emergency but we had a slow leak in the pipe. He said he was busy and couldn't likely show up for about three days. Since the leak had gone on for about at least 3 years, I said OK. (I didn't want to pay emergency rates.) In three days, the plumber called back Friday morning and said he could be by about 4 that afternoon to look at the problem. He showed up about 4 and I showed him the problem and got the leak fixed in about an hour. I was quite happy with the service and the cost.
Description of Work: We had a leak in a water pipe. It was a very slow leak hidden behind a water heater that we didn't know about until we got a new furnace installed.

Description of Work: I had a freeze proof faucet in the house that had frozen (the irony of that is not lost on me, but that's a longer story). I needed someone to get it fixed quickly so I could proceed with my insurance claim. Kevin stated he could be by that evening. Ultimately he came over earlier than he originally stated, which was nice. | |He got to work quickly, and was happy to answer any questions I had. He gave me options on how the repair would be done (plastic vs copper pipe), though ultimately the copper pipe didn't take thanks to the line not being able to drain full. Once the plastic pipe was installed, everything was fine. I'd definitely use Kevin again.

He was able to install the new unit and finish within a 3 hour window. Prices were fair for the job done. I couldn't have asked for better service.

+ -1 moreI called him on a Monday morning, and he was able to come that afternoon. He called before coming to see if someone would still be there, and arrived punctually. Once he saw the problem, he was able to explain what needed to be done, and came back with a new unit within an hour. There was one gasket from the new unit that did not fit our sink, so he wound up having to use the one from the previous unit. He informed us that if we had any problems with it, he would return and fix it (we have not). He was finished within two or two and a half hours, and the price was very fair for the job. I've never had a better experience with plumbing services.
Description of Work: Diagnosed leakage of kitchen sink disposal unit and replaced the unit.
