I first hired them to inspect my home on initial purchase. Their report was thorough and detailed. It included photographs of every issue found and a recommended course of remediation. No stone was left unturned!! Very thorough. I recently had a very expensive roof replacement done. It was in the report when I bought the house that the roof was in bad shape, but the price was right! In any case, I just had it replaced. It looks absolutely beautiful to me. But, I'm not a home inspector. My concern was that maybe someday I'd try to sell the house and an inspector would report that something wasn't done right. So, I hired Inspector's Inc. again just to be safe. Their report turned up not only cosmetic flaws one couldn't see from the ground, but incorrect installation that would have left me with no warranty that you couldn't see at all. That's on a brand new roof done by a company held in high regard in the community. I sent the roofing contractor the inspection report and they came up with a plan for remediation. Had it not been for the thorough inspection I wouldn't have even known anything was wrong.

Bob Peek was recommended to us, having inspected two homes of a friend. We found his web profile and emailed him on a Sunday and he got back in touch within hours to set up the appointment the same week, which is important. He took over four hours and was thorough, friendly, and really explained all his findings to us. The written report was timely and we liked how the importance of different items was ranked, because that can be overwhelming to first-time-homebuyers: what is crucial to have fixed before you buy the home? Also, the fee was quite reasonable. We were very satisfied, great experience.
