Description of Work: Checked out garage door and replaced the worn rubber stripping on bottom of door. Checked all moving parts. It went well. It was a higher price than I thought it would be. They were prompt and did an excellent job

Description of Work: They replaced broken garage door. They came the same day I called and manually opened door so we could get our vehicle out. Initially they said they couldn't replace door for 2 weeks, due to busy schedule, but called back later that day and said they had a cancellation and could come the next day. Very pleased with service.

Description of Work: Hall's Garage Door replaced a spring on my garage door. I was very impressed with how quickly they responded, and flexible they were regarding the appointment. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, and had the job done in not time at all.

Description of Work: I met a salesman from Hall's at the home expo in Salem earlier this year. My garage door had just broken a week before the expo so I didn't really do much research on garage doors and just went with Hall's. They quickly came out and gave me an estimate for a Stratford door and a Liftmaster door opener. The estimate was straight forward and the salesman explained why he would install what he wanted to install. Scheduling felt a little more precarious. They told me it would be 2-3 week lead time. At the end of the three week period, the scheduler wanted to come out the next day because they had a cancellation. I couldn't be available the next day so I had to wait until the next week when the scheduler called me again and scheduled installation for the next day. I had the door and door opener installed. At first I was not happy because I discovered I actually had a C.H.I. Overhead door installed and I had no idea what the quality was like. After some research it appears as though the C.H.I. door is better quality than the Stratford door so I am happy with the switch. The men that came out to do the installation installed the door quickly and without any issues. While I would use this company again and would recommend them to others, I would just make sure to be very specific with them about the actual product to be installed and I would be prepared for some scheduling that may not be the most conducive to your schedule.
