In my 79 years of life experience, I have learned to recognize competence and professionalism. Zach Chapin and his helper John were the best small job electricians that I have worked with. They did a small 3 hour job for me recently. Three hours is significant for two reasons. First because of what they were able to do in such a short time and second because they would actually do such a small job on short notice. I am very satisfied.

All the work was completed exactly as I’d hoped and I’m happy with the outcome. It was pretty quick turnaround from when I first reached out to the work being complete, which was good because the electrical work was a prerequisite for another project. I had two light fixtures needing repair and a new outlet to be installed. I was able to watch the work and it was interesting to learn the steps involved. Electrical work is definitely an area where I wanted a professional involved! Would call this company again for any future electrical work needs.

They (Zach and assistant) arrived on time and introduced themselves - then looked at both projects, making sure they understood what we wanted/needed done. They completed the projects, making sure we were satisfied. They were friendly and professional. Excellent!

The estimate they gave me was less than I thought it would be.

They charge a $80 call out fee which they don't tell you about until they are on your property and doing the estimate. It gives you the feeling they are doing shady business and not up front and honest.
