Blacksburg Guttering

Well, I've called them 7 times. I was persistent because i had talked to a friend who had them do work on their house and they really thought they did a good job. But, they warned me that it's really hard to get this company to respond to text, calls, or even show up at their appointments. Well-they've missed three appointments and I'm done. They said they'd meet me at the house (3 times) and then they just never showed up and never called. I called again (total of 7 calls) and it was like they didn't have any idea that I'd called before and set up an appointment. I feel like someone's playing a joke on me or something!

I contacted them and someone came by to give an estimate. They didn't look particularly professional. I said I'd call when I was ready to have the work done; it might be next week. They just showed up the next week and I had to say "not now. I'll call." When I did call, they didn't show up when I expected. However, I am very pleased with the price and the work. The work was done while I was away and I was trusted to send in the check. No contract required. I wish I'd been asked about the rain barrel on the back of my house. I'm not sure I would have used it but they went ahead and did the downspout to accommodate the barrel.

We worked with Cody Cole, who was extremely professional and did an excellent job. He was always on time and did what he said he was going to do. He quoted us much lower than another company and explained the differences in gutters (which probably accounted for the higher quote from the other company). We will definitely work with Cody again. Highly recommend!

No response to several phone calls. I guess they don't need the business.

Blacksburg Guttering was very good to work with. I did have to call them once to remind them to come do the work, but other than that, it was a very good experience. They cleaned the gutters and installed the gutter guards in a matter of hours. Ever since, I've had no problems with water entering the basement on the front side of my house. I received a quote from another local gutter business that was more than twice what Blacksburg Guttering charged, so I would say their pricing is very competitive. I would definitely use them in the future!

They are very good. They came prepared to do it right on the spot. They negotiated the price, I said go, they finished in 20 minutes. I would use them again. I would recommend them.

He gave me a quote, with a choice of gutter guards, and dropped off samples while I was at work. He coordinated his work with that of the painters, and I didn't have to do a thing. Does not accept credit cards. Very responsive, reasonable price. I would use him again.

Well, I came home and I had gutters! The roofers I used tore the gutters off for us, so they just had to put new ones on. They came out promptly when I had an issue with a leak and fixed it.
