Billy's Wildlife Control LLC

My family has a second home (for retirement) on 50 wooded acres in Virginia, where wildlife control is a very important issue. Since this house is unoccupied (by humans) for about 6 months out of the year, confidence that our home is free of undesirable wildlife is a priority for us. We selected Billy’s Wildlife Control LLC to install Xclusion Rodent Barrier around the perimeter of our home to completely block rodents and snakes from entering the crawl space beneath our house, where we have to go to maintain the houses water filtration system. They also recommended the installation of a new all-metal dryer vent with a magnetic door to prevent the possible entry of any wildlife through the dryer vent. They came out within the week, on a very cold day, and installed 250 feet of exclusion barrier. Our house is anything but perfect, but even so, the managed to install a nearly perfect pest barrier for us. The team is professional, well managed, efficient, and did an outstanding job.

Billy is most knowledgable, and knew immediately on the phone what needed to be done. He was very prompt and found the problem that allowed the squirrels into the structure. The first time was unsuccessful, but he returned immediately and by the following day, two squirrels were removed. Everything was repaired. He was very professional.

Billy came to my house first to evaluate and looked at the exterior then went in attic to check it out. He told me, yes it was birds, and how he would take care of the problem. He would come back the following week to do the exterior work and then make an appointment for indoor work. Billy came out just as he said he would and work was done quickly. He takes pictures to show you what he sees to prove what work needs to be done. Very professional and very pleasant.

Billy is an extraordinarily nice person. I was lucky to find him online since the animal control people would not deal with woodpeckers and most especially raccoons. I also did not have the name and phone number of the person who deals with animal control since she was not home. He will be coming to my home tomorrow to check out my fireplace since I believe there is a bird in there. It stinks to high heaven. I kept running the flue to the fireplace to scare the bird away. Instead, I only increased the stench. Thank goodness for cinnamon air spray.
