Description of Work: Went fine, they nailed in a gutter for $20 without calling first. I got a bill afterwards. I thought they would call but maybe it was only over $25 repair. Not a huge deal but it upped the price obviously.

Description of Work: Contractor cleaned my gutters. He was supposed to do it on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving. They did not show up or call, so I called them on the Monday after Thanksgi ving. They said that the bad weather had put them behind, but they would be out the next day. The contractor doing the job that Tuesday morning, headed to the wrong house - I had specifically stated the address of the house to be cleaned, but he didn't have that information. He did not have a GPS, so I guided him to the correct address. He did a good job and left no mess.
