Description of Work: They called and gave you a date when they could come out and hopefully that would work for you, even though you didn't have to be home; I would have like to check the work before they left my home. They emailed me a form to request the services that I would like such as, deck washing and staining, driveway washed and front porch, but no call back on that. So what is the point of sending out that form. The closest office is Richmond so when I did call them, I got voice mail almost every time and when I did leave a message, no one called back. This company uses your water to get the job done. The company I used to pressure wash my home before did bring their big water tank. The only positive was the price.

Description of Work: They have not yet done the service. We bought the service through an Angie's List promotion. Since this is the first time we have done a promotion I am worried that I have thrown away my money.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List Deal for powerwashing the roof and cleaning the gutters the beginning of May. When I did that it asked for 3 dates for service. They came and went and they didn't contact me nor come. I used the Angie's List email to email them and didn't hear back. I called and left messages. I finally called and got a woman on the phone who told me she was working from home. I explained what I had purchased and she asked if she could call me right back. I said sure. 30 minutes later I hadn't heard from her and went about my business for the day. She did leave a message that afternoon that they could come out on May 28th. I immediately called back and left a message that that date was good for me and thanked her. I waited all day long on the 28th and they didn't come nor call to say they were held up and needed to reschedule. I left another message and still have not heard from them. VERY FRUSTRATING!!! I want them to come out and do the work--I am hoping Angie's List can help facilitate this!

They have yet to get back to me, even though I contacted them again. I've given up, and have requested a refund from Angie's List. I definitely DO NOT recommend this provider!

Description of Work: I bought the gutter cleaning deal on Angie's list in mid-March for $69.00 from Waterworks Pressure Cleaning. Finally on April 6th I received an email from Waterworks saying, in part..."We are excited about the opportunity to service your home! Our goal is to not only service your home just once...but for many years to come!" That is not going to happen. I completed their form and patiently waited to be scheduled. Finally, we were scheduled for May 11th. On the morning of May 11th I got a phone call saying rain was expected and he rescheduled for 1-3 PM May 14th. A man showed up on May 14th and cleaned the gutters and departed. The downspouts were not cleaned out and remain clogged. I called Waterworks that afternoon and left a message. A young lady called me back and confirmed that downspouts were supposed to be included in the job and that she would get someone back to my house before 6 PM. No one showed. I called Waterworks again the morning of May 15th. The man I spoke with said someone would be here that afternoon. No one showed. I called again the morning of May 16th and was told someone would be here Monday, May 18th in the afternoon. No one showed. I called again the morning of May 19th and was told someone would be here 3-5 PM on May 20th. No one showed. At this point, I am disgusted with Waterworks' unsatisfactory performance. They will not come back and complete the job that is only half finished. I have called a local company, Chief's Gutter Cleaning, and they are coming here on Saturday morning to finish the job. I would like to have my purchase price of $69.00 refunded to to the overall unsatisfactory performance, lack of responsiveness, poor quality and lack of professionalism.

Description of Work: I purchased the Angie's List deal back in March for pressure washing. As soon as I purchased, I received an automated email from the company asking for all of my information and preferred dates for the service. I sent it back within a day. Then I waited. And waited. And waited. The deal said they would start scheduling after the deal had closed on Angie's List, so i gave them more time. Finally in late April, I called the company and left a voicemail, asking when they would schedule the work. I never heard back, so i contacted Angie's List for a refund. Unfortunately, no refunds after 30 days, but they promised to help me get in touch with the company. Finally, the company emailed me saying they didn't have my contact information!! Which is totally false. They then told me they would complete the work on a specific day, also giving me a window of time. They did not show up. No call. No email. Nothing. I was totally fed up and emailed the company and asked when they were planning to grace me with their presence, no answer. Then this morning, I miraculously received a refund from Angie's List. I never spoke to an actual person from this company. I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my life, I really question the professionalism of this company.

Description of Work: The gutter cleaning went well. The gutter cleaning did not include debris removal, so I had a bit of cleaning to do when I got home.

Description of Work: Driveway Asphalt Seal coating service was order on 27th April from Angie's List. There was no response from the service provider Waterworks Pressure Cleaning for a week. Then I sent them an email and called them left a VM but response. Hence I have to my order after 2 weeks.

Description of Work: Missed two consecutive appointments. Could not cle an my deck adequately. Providers Worked in the dark diminishing results. Had to call the provider several times to find out what was going on. Left it that deck could not be properly cleaned. Did not get charged for the deck cleaning. Power washing of the main brick house was fine.

Description of Work: Purchased on April 26, 2015, got a form e-mail from them saying that they were very busy blah blah blah and no mention of a schedule date for the work to be performed. It has now been 8 days and I have written them 3 times on my Angie's list account and still no response from them and still no scheduling date. I had a service performed by this company once before and it was also a nightmare. Shame on me for trying again. The only reason I tried again was the price. At this point, i only want a refund and to forget that these people even existed. you really should remove them from your list. Pat George.

Description of Work: The person who was supposed to do the work called me two days in a row and told me that he would be at my house. He failed to show up both times and did not even call to tell me that he was not coming. I tried calling the company for days to get an explanation without success. Finally after a week, the owner called me to apologize with excuse after excuse. The work was finally done to my satisfaction. Unwittingly I have scheduled another service with this company and the same thing is starting again. It has been 3 days and still not word from them other than an email talking about their company, saying they are busy, and talking about a service that I did not schedule. No schedule date. Shame on me. We will see how this one turns out.
