Waterworks Pressure Cleaning of Virginia

Description of Work: I had to call the head office to get the local office to schedule an appointment. They had schedule conflicts had to come back out a week later to say the service was for asphalt not concrete. So to get the service I would be charged extra. Still haven't received a refund.

Description of Work: Absolutely nothing they never showed up. I called them for over a month left messages and they never showed up or returned my calls.

Description of Work: I purchased this deal from Angie's List as an advertised special. I filled out two requests for the service and tried to get someone to respond to me. When I was asked if anyone had contacted me and to "click here" if not...I followed those instructions which led me to another site stating the business would contact me within a couple of days, and I still have yet to hear from ANYONE. No service has been completed and nobody from the company has contacted me.....so essentially I have paid for a service that was never rendered after being told I could really trust Angie's List by friends and multiple obviously false advertisements.

I sent another Message via Angie's list. No response. This is the first time I have ever used Angie's list and it will most likely be my last.

Description of Work: It was difficult to contact this company to set up an appointment. The 1-800 number is in Georgia and they gave me a local number to call. It took considerable effort to get someone who could schedule the appointment. The provider was scheduled for 1:00 on June 15th. When no one had come by 3:00, I called and the owner seemed surprised that no one had shown up. Provider arrived around 4 and did the powerwashing but suggested it would be best to come back in the next 48 hours to do the sealant. It is now July 9th and he has never returned. After calling either a Richmond number or the Georgia number every couple of days, I received a call from a gentleman who said he was helping to catch up the owner on numerous cases that sounded similar to mine. he has committed to me that he will send someone or complete the job himself, but the work is still incomplete. Angie's List needs to determine the capacity of these providers to honor a Big Deal before they promote them on your site.

Description of Work: They powerwashed my home and driveway. They did a great job with the moss growing on the brick trim on my driveway. They also came back to the house a week later and cleaned up some vines growing up the side of the house that they had missed the first time around.

Description of Work: After several date changes, some due to weather and some due to communication problems (calls to business number not always answered/returned and no notification of weather cancellation), someone came out for gutter tune-up. The gentleman who arrived was very nice but NOT the same one I expected ( I was NOT notified of personnel change so I had to call and verify) and got right to work checking out trouble spots I pointed out. I'm not sure what was supposed to be covered in a gutter tune up but I at least expected all of the gutters to be checked out for soundness and connections, rust, signs of problems. That is not what I got. I would not call them back to perform this particular service.

Description of Work: On Friday, June 12 at 5:30PM a small corner of the deck was pressure washed exposing clean decking. I was told the work would be completed at a later unspecified date. Several calls were made as days passed and no one has come to finish the job. Several calls have been made leaving messages to contact me for scheduling. No one has bothered to call back. I joined Angie's List thinking responsible services and highly rated providers were offered. Waterworks were unreliable, unprofessional and unacceptable.

They said they would arrive between 9-11:00 a.m. on that date,they never showed or called. I called and left a message to call me ,since they didn't show. No response ever . I called Angie's List and told them the details,they refunded my money.
