Very professional. Ross is very knowledgeable clearly. His price was in no way considered more than it should be, and was actually even lower than other's. Ross called me very quickly and was able to come out that same day to see what needed to be done, take measurements and discuss what exactly we wanted done. He then left with all the information, and quickly contacted us with a quote for the job I believe that same afternoon. We were very pleased with his rapid response, clear knowledge of what needed to be done for us, rapidly determining a quote for the entire job, and when he could be available to do the work if we chose to hire him. We did choose Ross immediately and he came to replace our damaged front door less than a week after we first contacted him. He came with everything needed for the job. There was nothing whatsoever that we ourselves had to provide in order for him to replace the door. He was available earlier and called me to see if I'd like him to come on over early and I said absolutely. He did an exceptional job, kept his work area clean with his own broom, etc throughout as well as fully cleaning everything in the workspace at the end leaving absolutely nothing for us to have to clean up ourselves. We live in a condo community with a homeowner's association. Ross was completely respectful at all times not only of our home and property, but those around us and the community itself. When he left, other than my new front door, he left no evidence a workman had been here for over 2 hours. I had other work in my home I asked Ross if he had the time to just look at to see what needed to be done to correct them. He was more than happy to take the extra time, without charging me for his time, to determine what would be needed and if or when he could help us with those also. I couldn't have had a more professional, respectful, kind, generous, helpful, honest, hardworking, appropriately priced gentleman working here in our home today. He was a pleasure to have here, did an exceptional job at a very good rate, took extra time free to answer more questions, was clearly quite knowledgeable, and I hope to have him here again helping with other projects. I would absolutely recommend Ross to anyone and everyone looking for help with that which Ross at Riverview offers. Thank you Ross and Home Advisor for referring Ross to us. Excellent job!
