Description of Work: Poor coordination of subcontractors and never on sight. Slippery in not taking responsibility for anything.

There were certain things Ridout was good at, and some things they were not good at. As far as finishing the project on time and building the main structure, they excelled at this. The little things were a different matter. It took quite a while for them to fix several doors that stuck or were mounted off center. The house was built well in general, it was just quite a hassle chasing them down to fix the small things the first six months we lived here.
Description of Work: Ridout Homes built our house for us. It has five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and is a two story, 3200 square foot home.
