Called Ream to get estimate on tub to shower conversion. It took several phone calls over a period of days to reach Reams and schedule the estimate. Mike was very personable and friendly. After talking with us about our plans and looking at the tub he left saying that he would call back with an estimate in a week. We never heard back. He might be a very skilled plumber but the lack of communication and follow-up discouraged us from doing business with Reams Plumbin

We were looking for someone to come out and give us an estimate on our master bathroom remodel. My husband and I contacted Reams Plumbing back in August and still have no estimate and no way of knowing how much this is going to cost. We have been back and forth on the phone playing phone tag with Reams Plumbing and it's not worth it. If you have a better experience all the power to you!

Mike was promt and curtious. He carefully explained every thing he did and why he did it. He fixed the hot water problem and replaced all of the hardware for the sink and the bathtub. Its been over two years since he finished the repairs and we are still very satisfied with the work.
Description of Work: We were not getting sufficient hot water to the bathtub. In addition, we wanted to replace all the fixtures in the bathroom.

Arrived on time and performed work in a satisfactory manner. He went out of his way to insure we were satisfied. He was upfront about costs and accurate as to the final price.
Description of Work: Services included restarting a gas fireplace that wouldn't start and replacing bathtub fixtures.

We love the work and we are happy. He really was helpful in helping us arrange other things that he couldn't do like put up ceramic tile. They did a great job cleaning up. They were pleasant and came when they said they would come.
Description of Work: Reams Plumbing helped in remodeling our master bathroom in December.

Wonderfully! Mike and Tara are super!
Description of Work: Mike roughed in an upstairs batroom,laying out the optimum way for all facilities to co-exist.He also hooked up a toilet, new drain pipe, connected to the existing drainage system and corrected improperly installed work done previously. He has been beneficial to us with his ideas and expertise. We are doing an old (150+) year old house in stages,so the work starts and stops depending on our cash flow. He is not one to "only do BIG jobs" and disappear. He also is sympathetic to how things run regarding our old flooring and support systems. Instead of just plowing through the closest or easiset way, he tries to minimize the damage to joists which shows a concern for his customer. We are planning on having a total of four full baths and two half baths in addition to our kitchen, butlers pantry, and laundry room done in the future. Mike is also going to install a tankless hot water system in our home. We enjoy knowing that all work done in the future will be done correctly and with our "wants" taken care of. Our family,like most, does not mind paying for work done correctly. We plan on using Reams plumbing at each stage of our re-do.

He had done some work in my office before, so we used him. They were very nice and they came when they said they would. We had a leaky toilet and ended up buying a new one. They went and bought it themselves which was nice. They didn't make any mess and I thought that they were a little expensive. Beyond that they were fine and we might use them again in future, but probably get some more estimates.
Description of Work: Reams Plumbing put in a new toilet, a garbage disposal and some gas fire logs about 3 months ago.

Mike Reams was professional throughout the entire process, advising on the quality of items I needed to purchase, water heater, mop sink, faucets, ranges, etc. He coordinated his schedule with all the other contractors involved. I felt his fees were fair and would definitely hire him again.
Description of Work: I remodeled my kitchen, den and laundry room. I replaced a kitchen sink, faucet, dishwasher, disposal and water heater. I also converted from an electric range to gas. In my laundry room I added a mop sink and a new washer and dryer drain/outlet box.

He showed up to correct the leaking problem in which I didn't know where it was coming from. It only took him half an hour, two wrenches, a coupling and the job was done. He cleaned up good when he was finished and I haven't had a problem since.
Description of Work: He replaced a thermal coupling on my water heater which was leaking water in my basement.
