+ -1 moreHe was hired for power washing and painting. He came and did the power washing, all looked good! Then we never heard from him again and. Couldn’t get him on the phone, no matter how many messages we left, he’d never call back and has never come to finish the job. Nice guy but I wouldn’t recommend.

Description of Work: Fixed siding, painted exterior, stained deck.Great...Mike kept you upto date thru the process,pointed out some trim/gutter issues to be addressed...made sure deck stain was what we liked before continuing on the job. Crew did deck/trimwork/house in 1 1/2 days

+ -1 moreWhile the actual work was acceptable, the work ethic and constant need for and quot;more suppliesand quot; hence and quot;more moneyand quot; was not acceptable. Contractor was unavailable by phone, took way too long to finish, cut paint to save expenses on his part, and was unreachable after the job was over and I found construction trash under the home. Would NOT recommend,

+ -1 moreRaymond is always on time, returns phone calls and when he does a job, you will not be disappointed with his craft.
Description of Work: painted one bedroom, one bathroom, ceilings in two bedrooms in addition to ceilings in bedroom and bathroom he painted. stained trim in bathroom, hall, painted doors in rooms that we had painted. paid for downstairs front froyer to be stained and light fixture to be installed. at this time, that service has not been done as we are waiting on light fixture.

+ 2 moreExcellent experience. R. L. treated our house as if it were his own, doing extra work over and above our initial agreement. For major additions (like the replacement siding that was discovered in the course of the job), he provided a very reasonable estimate and stuck to it even when he encountered complications.
Description of Work: Paint exterior of house, including trim, screened porch, wrap-around porch, deck and lattice work (2 coats). Power wash entire house. Power wash aggregate driveway. Replace 20 pieces of damaged or defective siding and trim. Caulk all seams. Re-nail gutters and re-seat gutter guards so they function normally. Replaced rotting posts on screened porch; replaced molding on entire porch.
