Team arrived almost exactly on time. They introduced themselves and noted the time of arrival. They reviewed what had to be moved and went to work.

They were prompt hard working, careful but what I appreciated the most was their great attitude during a very long day.

AMAZING. From the first call to their office, follow-up calls, to actually move - wonderful people to do business with. Our move was NOT easy at all and these gents knocked it out with the utmost professionalism. If we had the grill set up at the new place, I would have fired it up to thank them with a quick cookout! Honestly, make them your first call.

While the guys arrived a little late, they went straight to work and loaded the big items first, then filled in with the boxes. They had everything loaded (approx 12,000 pounds) in half the time it took the mover who brought it to the storage facility. They are professional, neat, and very willing to accommodate special request. They brought everything into the house placing items where we wanted both upstairs and downstairs. They took care not to damage anything - and nothing was. Their pricing is VERY reasonable. We treated the guys to lunch and gave them all a tip - I suggest you do the same as they are worth it. And Vince is very easy to work with as well. I called several movers but nobody could beat the price of Quality Moving Services. I will definitely use them again.

From the first phone call I made to this company at the beginning of July, they were very responsive and helpful. The woman I spoke to clearly explained the different costs that would be involved in the move (hourly rate, travel cost, storage charge) and mailed out their insurance information, the contract, and other information within a day of my phone call. We moved at the end of July/beginning of August, so it was HOT. When the day came to move out of our previous house, the men (3 guys) arrived within the hour window I was given and immediately got to work. They were extremely polite and professional and very hard working. They only took a couple of short (5-10 minute) breaks, and they even asked first if this was okay with me. They were done within 4 hours. A couple of days later, we moved into the new house and experienced the same great service (2 of the 3 men were different from the original crew). They arrived at the new house on time and again immediately got to work. They made every attempt to put boxes where they belonged and set up some of the big furniture pieces (beds, desks, tables) before leaving. They were great!

They were good natured and professional even though the temperature was in the 100's. At the house they unloaded quickly and I was very satisfied with the move.

I submitted my request for an estimate in may for our June move. I was looking for a opulent of us and a truck for 2-4 hours to just move my big things. They never responded. It is possible they don't do partial moves but a response would have been appreciated.

It went very well. They had the best price of the four or five we got quotes from. They gave us an hour window for arrival, they made it with five minutes to spare. We had five people, two were very professional, the other three were a little less professional in their manners. However, all worked hard to do a good job. We had one nick to the molding on the house we were moving out of. Otherwise, there was not other damage to any of our belongings or new house. We were pleased with that. They stopped for a quick lunch between houses but they stopped the clock and did not charge us for that time. We were charged the expected amount, there were no surprises.

they were delayed arriving due to an accident on the interstate so it put the move an hour behind. they arrived and immediately moved into fast gear. I asked for three men and that proved to be very efficient. They moved quickly to get the furniture placed in the new place. Everything occurred in about 6 hours.

Quality Moving Services were quite good. They showed up on time, did what they said they would do, and charged me what they said it would cost.

We spent 4 months renovating our home, selling it and buying a new one. After dealing with contractors for months we didn't want the headaches normally associated with moving. We contacted Quality Moving, spoke to Vince and explained this to him. He visited the house, saw what we had and advised us of the the flat rate fee fo $99/hr with one hour for travel. We boxed as much as possible in the weeks leading up to the move knowing it would make things easier in the end. We had planned on starting at 8AM but about week prior to the move Quality contacted us requesting to start at 7AM. This was fine with us, the earlier the better. The morning of the move 3 guys showed up with a 26' truck at about 7:05AM. They took a quick look around at what we had and started packing. Everyone had a great attitude and hustled. We were at the storage unit 3 miles a little after 9AM and it was packed in an hour. They had to do some shuffling on the truck to fit everything. They blanket and plastic wrapped everything that needed it. They were at the new house around 11AM. Again they took a quick look aound, determining the main rooms and started unloading. At 1:10PM just as the first rain drops started too fall they finished. All the way around a great experience. We didn't need to move appliances but I am sure these guys would have done it with the same professionalism. The early time and no nonsense attitude of Quality Moving made our move the best I've ever been through. Great job! Do yourself a favor:Box as much as possible in advance.Thow out what you don't really need.Call Quality Moving, talk to Vince and tell him you want a no hassle move.Get an early start.

They were outstanding. They were prompt, careful and very professional.

I left much of the furniture in the old hose for staging, requiring that the move be done in two phases. They were willing to work with me on this. They were all very hard workers and when the owner was with the crew he pitched in and worked with them - just as hard. Some of their packing was a little sloppy, resulting in a few broken items. They did whatever we asked. I felt the price was very reasonable for what they did.

There were three guys who came to perform the move. Two of the guys were professional and One of them was very impolite and NOT professional. The move started ok and ended with a disaster. They scratched our newly installed hardwood floor in many areas of the house. They also damage one of the newly installed hardwood steps. They would place the furniture on the hardwood floor and slide it rather than picking it up. We filed complain and asked them to fix the floor, they came and agreed to fix it but they never fixed it.

Our moving day was the hottest day of the year and we had the truck packed to the max. I was so impressed with how hard they worked in that heat. All the workers were very courteous and professional. We had 3 items broken, and they are getting repaired at their expense. I highly recommend them, they are a very ethical company.

They were one hour late arriving to load us up. They were suppose to arrive at 8:00 AM. This caused undue stress, as we had to have our old house cleaned and ready for the new buyers 6:00PM walk through inspection. They did not finish loading until 4:30 PM. We were still cleaning at the time of the inspection. They only had a crew of (3) to move a full house full of furniture in 100 degree heat. No wonder it took all day. They under estimated the size of the truck and had to get another truck to finish. They were an hour and a half late unloading our contents in Williamsburg. Again it took all day with only a three man crew in 100 degree heat. The biggest issue was a few broken table legs and they dropped a well packed box of antique dishes that shattered. I called Vince to put in a claim and through the time of this report have not received a return call. I should have known better, as I did not have any written moving contract from Vince, the owner. So, I guess I'm out of luck on the replacement value of our dishes and broken furniture legs. On a positive note, Vince was very accomadating to schedule our move and hold our furniture overnight for an additional $150.00, as we could not move into our new home until the next day. I had plenty of drinks for the guys and tipped them $60.00 each. I think if they would have had a crew of four, my damanages would have been less. As the crew was worn out! Best tip: HAVE A CONTRACT THAT DEFINES THE LIABILITY. You get what you pay for!

Vincent gave us an hourly estimate over the phone and addressed every question we had. We chose to pack ourselves and expected them to just move the furniture and boxes. Our movers, Moss and Phil were great! They came prepared as we asked --bringing wardrobe boxes and mattress covers with them. In addition, there were some lamps we were going to take ourselves (as I wasn't sure how to pack them) and they said they could do it easily so we let them. They did it efficiently and much easier than we could have. They prepared the furniture and moved it with no mishaps. The guys worked hard and continuously. The move did take longer than estimated but I thought it might as its hard to tell how much stuff someone has over the phone. Quality gave us great service, a senior discount and a great rate to begin with. I would definitely use them again. :)

. Two young brothers came and moved the large items which my wife and I were unable to do. They were just fantastic. They were very professional. I highly recommend them I would use them in the future.

The move was unexpected and I didn't call them until the 21nd. The owner called me early the next morning and we discussed the move then he gave me the price. Note that it was not an estimate, it was a set price. The morning of the move, they arrived right on time. The gentlemen - Robert and Phil - are very nice and got to work padding and wrapping my furniture. The entire move to Chesapeake only took 4 1/2 hours, and that includes the 1 1/2 hour drive. No nicks, dents, bumps or scrapes. I would recommend them to anyone needing a local move.

They received a B for quality as they had a truck breakdown which caused them to be late and that gave them a B for punctuality as well. Overall I gave them an A. I would use them again.

The men did a great job - moved quickly and efficiently with a great attitude. The price for 3 movers was great - $99/hr and handled the items with care. I would highly recommend this company to any other company - the other highly rated company on Angie's List had a 3 man crew for $150/hr about 50% more than Quality's price. Would without a doubt use this company again.

We called Quality Movers because we had been so happy with the job they did for us over a year ago when we moved from one house to another. Again this time, we couldn't have been happier with the results. The office personnel who scheduled the job were eager to work with our schedule, and the men who moved the piano were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Their truck was perfect for the job, and they were careful with the piano. We couldn't be happier. We'll definitely call their company again whenever we need something moved.

They did a good job. They were careful and they stayed by their estimate. They packed and made a complete move.

They showed up promptly and professionally loaded the van. Nothing was broken. Easiest move we have ever done. Well worth the money. I would use them again.

They were very efficient packing, and willing to use some boxes that we already had in place, which saved us some money. The move was very smooth and professional and the crew was super nice and very helpful. My only complaint would be there was some stuff that was left behind, but not much more than a car load or two. This was mostly due to the estimator missing how much materials they needed so they couldn't finish packing, and then stuff got missed the day of the move. They were cheaper than other services I priced and very punctual. Additionally, we had some confusion around truck parking and blocking off the street since we all thought that the estimator/manager was going to make arrangements for parking & blocking cars...but it all worked out. Great move overall...
