The job went fantastic. There were no issues at all. I've never been able to say that about any other move my husband and I have made!!

My husband was coming home following knee replacement surgery and there was no sleeping space on the first floor. Not only did they move the furniture, they took the door off its hinges because the sofa was too big.

The three gentlemen from Quality Movers were polite, hard-working, and respectful of our possessions during the move. The men never complained despite having to walk up and down 3 flights of steps. While they were an hour late in arriving for the move, we later learned they were involved in a 16 hour move the day before, so it was understandable. We would definitely use them again for a local area move.

The crew arrived on time and were extremely professional and very friendly. They took excellent care of our furniture and belongings. They worked quickly and efficiently. Not one damaged or broken item! We were in our new home before dinner time. We were impressed with how they moved items into doorways and on stairs to ensure that no items or walls were damaged. Will definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to move. A+ job!

The crew was very professional and the owner came and they could not have done a better job. They took care of our belongings. Our items arrived safely with no damage, they really took away the stresses of moving. Their follow through was wonderful as they checked back to make sure our experience was good. I would highly recommend them. The cost was well in line with other bids that I received.

This is a fantastic bunch of guys who know what they are doing. They are very professional and fast. They always have a smile on their face even when they were dead tired - 12 hour move! I would reccommend them highly to anyone and will absolutely use them again in the future. I can't say enough about how great they were! They are the best!!!

They arrived right on time, and were efficient and friendly. The three movers worked well together and handled our furniture carefully. A few older items were bent or slightly damaged from al the moving, but overall the move went very well. The estimate was fairly accurate, and there were no surprise charges. I recommend them.

The guys from Quality were fantastic! They treated all of our items with care. The office manager was super helpful and best of all - they came in under estimate. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

When I called the company to find out some details on them and what they could provide to me on my move, I was greeted by the most professional, knowledgable and friendly person. She knew exactly what the company could help me with and helped set up the appointment date for the move. I asked for an email follow up and within minutes of hanging up with her, I had the email that I had asked her to send. I was told that the moving crew would be at my home between 8:30-9:30 the day of the move and they were there way before 9:30. The two gentleman who moved my things were very polite, professional and they took great care in every aspect of the move. They wrapped the furniture or covered it to ensure that it wouldn't get damaged. Once at the storage unit where I needed to have the furniture put in to, they were so careful to place everything exactly how I wanted it. I had no damage to any of my items nor did I have any damage to the home that it came out of due to the care that the two young men that handled the physical move took throughout the entire move. Those two men were so polite and professional and were very careful with everything. They worked continuously and the time spent on the whole move was what I expected. I have moved many times and this is by far the best experience that I have ever had with a moving company from the first contact to the end of the move. I will definitely use them again and will recommend them to anyone who needs to move.

We were moving from a rental house to a new house we bought. Quality packed most of our things on the Saturday before the move and then moved us on Monday. The packing was in general very good although I worried a bit about our many framed pictures, some very large. Only one framed piece had the glass broken. They were extremely punctual, kept to their estimate completely, and accomplished all with great skill and courtesy.

They delivered what they said and a couple of extra boxes. It was great. My wife interacted with them and said they were friendly. We would use them again.

Quality Moving Services impressed me from the start. They were very responsive for scheduling and quotes, calling back promptly even when a message was left with their answering service. Additionally, we ran into some snags at the last minute with timing for closing on our new house and moving out of the old and they were extremely understanding and flexible, even though it was less than 24 hours notice. The 3-man crew arrived at the beginning of their hour-long window. They were all very professional, courteous, and friendly. Everything about the move went smoothly and they worked carefully and efficiently. The move took about 6 hours, which was about what we expected. The cost was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received and the Angie's List extra 10% off was great too! The reason I gave them a B rating on quality is because we found one of our boxes that had a huge "fragile" and "this end up" arrows all over it sitting on it's side. Nothing was broken so no harm done but given the amount of labeling on the box, I would have expected it to be handled properly.

We had three movers. Two of them were amazing. Never hit a thing. One...a little less careful but no damage done.

The day went well. We had four guys and a big truck scheduled for our move. They showed up on time and after getting a quick tour of the place, got right to work. We had a lot of stuff in the house so start to finish took longer than we had expected, but no complaints on our end, The guys worked hard the whole time on a hot day. Would definitely recommend and use again.

It went very well. I would definitely use them again. They just plain out did a great job.

There were 3 gentlemen that moved us and all 3 were very nice and very professional. They were on time and wasted no time, which is important, since they were paid by the hour. After the movers left, we got a call from their office. She told us that they found a key in the truck and that they thought fell out of a piece of our furniture. She asked if I would like them to mail to it us and I said sure. Two days later the key not only arrived, but via certified mail. We have moved a lot in the last 5 yrs. both across the country and just down the street. Quality Moving Services is by far the best local movers we have ever had. We would definitely use them again.

I used Quality Moving Services. I used them the weekend before last. I spent $900.00. they were on time, they were polite and professional. They didn't take any breaks, they took like a half hour break for lunch. They treated everything that I have with care, nothing was missing, nothing damaged. The thing too that was difficult, there were two things that were really difficult about my house, the new house I have very steep driveway. And they were able to back their truck up into my driveway which was awesome and not only that, I had a very busy, awkward entertainment center. Three piece solid oak entertainment center. And all four guys were able to get all three pieces up the stairs and into the room where I wanted it to go without a scratch. There might have been one mark on the wall, but that's it. It was amazing how they did that. It's a very tight stairway. They did a spectacular job.

They were very flexible in terms of what we needed moved and even the day we moved on. Origionally we thought that the move would occur over a weekend and would involve all of our belongings, however we were able to move on a week day and only needed our larger fruniture moved. Quality was very accomodating of our changing needs. They arrived on time and were very quick in completing our move.

Quality Moving Services is every bit as professional and exceptional as previous reviews have stated. I hired them based on those reviews and am not disappointed. These guys took the utmost care of my belongings and were very courteous during the whole moving process. My boyfriend met them at the old location and said they immediately started wrapping and protecting our items without hesitation or direction. We even had our own plastic wrap ready, which was not needed. They brought a large moving truck with 3 men to load some heavy chairs, two beds, two dressers, computer desks, dining room table, and a bunch of heavy, heavy boxes. They padded and secured everything into place before making the trip to the new location. It was slightly raining during the move and when I laid out a towel outside for the men to dry their feet off on, they put down their own blanket inside the place to protect the wood floors and carpet. They didn't even mind our obnoxious dog sniffing at their heels the whole time. We moved a bunch of the smaller items ourselves so there was only one trip and the whole job was finished in 2 hours. I was quoted at 4 hours just to be safe and even then the price was reasonable. With 2 hours less and the Angie's List discount, our final price blew us away! These guys saved our backs and feet and a lot of time. Should we ever need moving services in the future, we will be sure to use them again. I've also recommended them to friends who will be moving in the future. Their name says it all. They really are Quality Moving Services. Thanks guys for such an enjoyable moving experience!!

From the first phone call to paying at delivery completion, the entire staff was a pleasure to deal with. Office personnel kept me updated on the moving crew's arrival time, as I requested, since I had a 45min. drive to meet them at the pick-up location. The (2) man crew (Paul & Boss) arrived in a large lift-gate truck, were friendly & went right to work. I could tell immediately that my concerns about how carefully the items would be handled were unfounded. They moved at a brisk, steady pace & carefully packed the items in the truck. Items like the chest-of-drawers were wrapped in plastic film to prevent drawers from opening. Same efficiency at the delivery point. Not a scratch or dent anywhere. At their rate of $89/hr x 3hrs. (incl. 1hr. min. travel charge) = $267 - 10% Angies List discount = $240.30, I might have saved $30-$60 on this small move using someone on c*****list. But then again, if they didn't show up, damaged furniture or added extra fees I really would be losing money. The few extra bucks for a stress free move is well worth it. Will definitely use Quality Moving Services again.

Moving is never fun, but these guys made it as easy as possible. They were professional and accomodating when I first contacted them via phone, they worked with me when my schedule changed, and best of all they showed up on time, were professional, courteous and handled all my belongings with care. They took time to load the truck properly, wrapping my furniture carefully and treating everything as if it was there own. They worked efficiently, but didn't rush or do things halfway. All in all the move was excellent. I highly recommend them!!

Excellent service, very professional and took excellent care of my very precious antiques. Three gentlemen came and worked non stop for about 6 hours and did great work. I highly recommend them.

The two guys from Quality Moving Services were really nice and did a really good job. They were significantly lower than all the other quotes and in fact I told the owner if he hadn't been on Angie's List, because his quote was so low, I wouldn't had gone with him. The other people were like $150 an hour or a 3 hour minimum. I think on Angie's List somebody had said Quality Mover's charged $99 an hour for two men and a truck and so when he said $79 an hour I just jumped on it because he had an "A" rating and that's why I used them. I've also have been recommending them to others.
