The move was fine, the moving men were professional. Be aware of their sales tactics - they quote you an overall cost on the phone and then after you commit they charge you an hourly rate. After I committed to the move and right before it happened they emailed me a "confirmation" stating the hourly rate. Too late for me to find another mover. In my case it was $270 over what they quoted. Not a lot of money except it's 30% more than they quoted. My fault for not picking up on this scam in the first place, should have seen this coming. They charge a $115 travel fee which according to them covers gas, tolls, etc. However they tried to charge per man (they had two movers) for a total of $230. So two guys sitting in a truck somehow makes gas, tolls, etc. double in rate? BS They took over three hours to drive a distance of 101 miles - most of it highway miles - and they tried to slip that extra time into the bill. BS I can look at Google maps just like anyone else. They left in the middle of the day, not rush hour. I also gave them an alternate route to take if they didn't want to take the highway which they didn't do. There are a lot of moving companies out there. Get a firm price quoted in writing before you do anything. If they come back with an hourly rate you know it is BS.

The scheduling was easy. The contacted me the Friday before the move to confirm, and then they called me the day of to let me know they were coming. They showed up on time. They carefully wrapped the furniture. They were professional and polite, and worked quickly. Nothing got damaged, and they took less time than they estimated, so the cost came in $100 lower than they originally estimated. Couldn't really ask for a better experience. I'd definitely use them again.

Everyone wad professional. We went to Quality Moving after another company failed to show. Kandi was able to work us into thier schedule the same day, much to our surprise. Daryl and Johann arrived sooner then estimated an went right to work. Amazing how fast they worked to get everything going so seamlessly. Very attentive to taking care at every step with the furniture and our house. They came equipped to deal with everything. 1 hour later they were done and we were do pleased.

The crew arrived on time but was one man short of what was was expected. He did eventually join but it was a couple of hours into the service. The crew hustled, I was impressed. At the new home, there was damage to one wall (a scrap/ding about the size of a dime) and the crew pointed out the issue as soon as it happened and I appreciated that. They said the company would be in contact with me to fix the damage. I have yet to receive a call which is why I'm giving them a B instead of an A. This happened on Saturday and it's not Thursday and I have yet to receive a call, disappointing for what otherwise has been an excellent transaction. Update - the company reached out to me today (1 week post move) and apologized for the oversight. I do believe it was an honest mistake and even with the minor inconvenience, I would recommend this company.

Both these jobs were done very well on time and piano movers were very careful to secure the piano. They are quite responsive and helpful. We used them also in June 2013 to move our household. Always professional and careful.

The overall move went ok. There were 4 guys-- 2 guys were great and 2 guys were pretty new. They were professional and did an overrall decent job. Days later after looking at some of my furniture I notice alot of scratches, dings, and gouges. My hallway walls and ceiling had some dings and gouges as well. Only 1 broken item--so far. Just an children's piggybank. After a month--we are still unpacking.

Cost me 400 dollars more than I anticipated because my movers ran out or steam.

I've never used a moving service before, but they were so very polite, professional, and fast. They were obviously not about stretching out the move to charge me more! There were 3 burly men and their supervisor. They placed every box and item of furniture where I wanted them and they reassembled anything they took apart to move.

Everything went very smoothly. We were impressed with our salesman, Craig Little. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything to us, including our rights under Federal law. We sought other quotes, which were similar in weight and price, but Quality just felt like the right company for us. And, they were the only moving company that stated they would wrap doorways to protect them from damage and put down runners to cut down on tracking up our floors. Craig's estimate on weight was within 350 pounds of the actual weight of our load, and his box count was off by 4. With that kind of accuracy, we feel like we paid for exactly what we got. The crew was amazing. They were polite and respectful and they did everything we asked for with a smile. Josh and Alec worked the load and unload, so it was reassuring to see familiar faces when the truck arrived at our new home. The unload went as smoothly as the load and we could not be happier. While I don't plan on moving again for a long time, I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional moving team.

The service turned out okay. They did damage a couple of my walls and they did stain one of my recliners and it took them an awful long time, but other than that they did fine. They did not have to move any appliances. I am not sure if I am going to use them again in the future, probably less likely.

They were really good. The distance was about thirty minutes. Everything was good. Nothing was broken or lost.

It went okay. It was more than I have expected because it took a lot longer. I like that they were willing to work with us because we had a few items that needed to be dropped off along the way to another home en route to the ultimate destination. They were flexible that way. We had some problems with getting the items offloaded and in the process they ended up damaging a bookcase inadvertently. I ended up having to be reimbursed for that. I will probably not use them again.

I like them. They worked like thirteen hours that day. They did not complain once. They took great care of our stuff. They brought some dudes that were so strong and they moved the piano. One of the guys made it look so easy. It was a 63280. He was just like I got this. They did a house with three flights of stairs. They just worked non-stop. They have great work ethics. All in all they had great positive attitude all day. They were wonderful. The work turned out as expected. We booked them last minute too. I do not think there were any issues with their punctuality.

Our experience was good. We got a quote from a few different people and they were the lowest. So we went with them. They had the most competitive pricing. The price given is per hour with the travel charge. There were some good things and some bad things. The good things were that they were very efficient with moving. They moved us very quickly. So it cost us less than what we anticipated because of their speed. They were personable and nice people. They had trouble finding our place even though we gave directions, and so that made them a little late we think. We wanted our furniture all wrapped and stuff, and they didn’t wrap all of our furniture to the level that we wanted. They actually mixed up our leather couches a little bit due to that, and we’re not sure if that happened while they were bringing it out of the door or in the door. They had taken the backs off of our couches because they were recliners and they didn’t put them on again or properly. So we had to actually go and fix stuff. They were quick but they didn’t do everything, like they didn’t put the couch back on properly and they didn’t even set up one of our beds. They just left it like in pieces, and so we had to put the frame and bed on ourselves. 8.53 to 9.00. Their price was good.

The moving team arrived a little late but it didn't impact the overall move process for the day. They worked quickly and loaded the truck. They did their best to care for the my personal articles but damaged several and would not make good on promise to restore everything to its original condition, the piece was damaged through negligence of the moving team. The company and Mr. Tucker promised to repair to it's original condition and over the course of several months made an attempt to do so but it clear their repair person just couldn't bring it back. Along the way his employees made legal threats as I withheld payment, and they made these threats to me in my home. Extremely unprofessional, very disappointed, would not recommend and would warn against using Quality moving in case something happens to your personal articles because at that point you'll need to write them off as a total loss. I also made this selection of working with Quality Moving Services based on their Angies list reviews, and it calls into question the veracity of the review for this service provider. Response to Mr. Tucker: It's interesting that a 2 man crew was able to move that piece and put in place originally, without damaging it in any way. I would hesitate to refer to your team as professional movers, I explained exactly how the piece was put in place and the best way to bring it down and was ignored. That also just illustrates negligence in taking proper care in the moving process. I do hope that anyone considering your services hears these words of caution, especially around the threats made and lack of care for the destruction of my property and the inconveniences associated.

First to begin, we started with excellent customer service from the office manager kandi Edmonds. We were patientily waiting for at least 2 weeks for the closing to be schedule on our new home. each day, it was postponed... and kandi Edmonds was so compassionate and kind to reschedule us each time our closing was delayed... ( I was so embarrassed each time i had to call Ms. Edmonds, to tell her it was delayed again, .. we need to reschedule the move). finally the apartment move day came, and three very polite men...(George, AJ and Javonte (J))..... arrived with the eagerness and the willingness to get the job in a very professional way. there was no slacking around, or joking( as we had seen in previous moving companys)... they were there to get the job done. they moved all our items out of the apartment, and came back the next day... in which we finally did close on our home (new years eve).. and were willing to move our items into the new home, plus move stuff out from a pod.. all on new years eve! so "selfless" and kind hearted for them to help us with this. George, AJ and J.....my husband and I thank you and are so grateful, to have met you all! Quality moving service, is phenomenal! will recommend this moving service to all!

They took excellent care as if it was there own.

Using Quality Moving Services definitely made our move 100 times easier. The 3 movers showed up on time and worked hard until everything was finished. They took the time to individually wrap up some of our more fragile items that were too large to be boxed, as well as disassembled and reassembled various pieces of furniture. All the movers were very polite and did their job as quickly and carefully as possible. The value of the service was extremely good. Before hiring I checked several moving companies and Quality Moving Services not only had the lowest rate, but great Angie's List reviews that turned out to be well deserved.

I had a pleasant experience with this company. Making the reservation was easy, even though I scheduled the move less than a month from the date services were needed. I received a courtesy call a day or so before move day to confirm the appointment. The two movers arrived on time and confirmed what needed to be moved and to what location things were being moved. They worked quickly and efficiently to load and later unload my items. I appreciate that they took care to be gentle with everything. They also did well with placing boxes and furniture items where requested. The total cost to move was much more reasonable than other places I called but I didn't have to sacrifice on the service I received. For this reason, I highly recommend Quality Moving Services and would utilize this company's services again.

I was thoroughly pleased with their professional yet personal attitudes. The gentlemen were punctual and very efficient. I will definitely use these services again should the need arise.

The movers arrived on time and were extremely polite. When we moved into the large house , the movers had a great deal of difficulty with the large pieces. Quality movers did not.and performed extra services for us without additional cost.

They did a great job. They were the best I ever work.

There isn't space for all of the accolades. Moving is the most traumatic thing for me, but they swooped in and saved the day. It would be hard to choose who was the nicest gentleman on the four-man crew. They were all just wonderful. Not once did they complain about the stairs or the amount of "stuff". It was an all day job and they smiled the whole day, just handling everything with a steady, calm pace which really calmed me down. And to top it off, though it lasted the whole day as predicted, the total cost came in $100 less. Had I had the means, I would have been happy to pay double. There wasn't a large enough tip I could pay them. Besides the actual experience of the move, the woman who answered the phone and scheduled the move immediately picked up on my stress and "mothered" me through our whole conversation. I was sold from that point on and I was not disappointed. This is a company who cares!
