PRM Air Conditioning and Heating LLC

Wonderful. I booked a couple weeks out because the weather was nice and PRM was great. They were issued by my home warranty and they did a great job. He had to submit the claim to replace the coil. I actually forgot about the claim. They called me back and scheduled a time to come out and replace the coil. I would use them again.

I have a slow leak in my Heat Pump, so Peter occasionally recharges the Freon to get it working at it's best again. I like that he is willing to provide this kind of service, making my equipment last as long as possible.

This was the second year Pete has serviced my very old furnace. He is absolutely fantastic - punctual, efficient, and best of all, he takes the time to explain how the system works and shows exactly what needs to be fixed. During our first cold spell, I turned on the heat only to hear a horrible noise from the furnace. Pete was able to troubleshoot the problem in a very short amount of time. Unfortunately, the radiator system had to be drained before it could be fixed. He went out of his way to get the part before the store closed and came back at 7:30 on Saturday morning to make sure I had heat for the rest of the weekend. Pete really goes the extra mile for his customers!

The owner is named Pete and he does the work. He is so nice. He always tells you when he is coming. If he's going to be running late for any reason and if he's been tied up on another job he calls you and then he will still call you and tell you that he is on his way. He's very thorough. I had trouble with my furnace and he always will let it cycle through to make sure that it's working properly before he leaves. They are outstanding in every sense of the word. I couldn't be happier.
