I scheduled a time convenient for this company to see about a roof replacement job. We agreed to meet at a time convenient for Pineapple Homes which required me missing some time at work. Pineapple Homes never showed up at that time which they decided upon. I called the company and we agreed to meet the following day at noon (Saturday). Like the previous day the company did not show up or bother to call. This is definitely not the first time and surely not the last where a contractor has blown me off, unfortunately.

Mr. Song and another man he was training arrived early to assess the work, provided a quick estimate, and completed the job within the hour. He also provided me with some information on how much it would be if I wanted to replace the roofing in the future, due to some hail damage that he identified. He checked the roof for any other loose shingles, and fixed those as well. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions.

Pak Song and his team were very professional. They completed the job quickly, meticulously and without any issues.

Mr song from pineapple homes came and gave me an esimate for the roof damage from the hail storm that we had earlier in the yr. He was very profession and explained the whole process to us for the insurance claim and repair process. Very nice and patient with the insurance process and time frame. Great at keeping you in the information loop.

They reported on time and kept the area clean. The job was completed on schedule. We also had Pak replace our front door. Again, the project was done on time and we were thrilled with the results. Pak was on site every day while these projects were completed and was quick to answer a call or text if we had a question when he wasn’t around. He is reasonable in his pricing. We recommended him to many neighbors (who also used him) and would definitely use him again if the opportunity arises!

They were courteous, knowledgeable, fast and cleaned up everything as they went. The results were excellent and I would hire him again if any carpentry projects arise.
