+ -1 moreDavid took a little longer to complete the work than originally estimated. The end result was worth the extra time it took because he handled final details to make sure I was completely satisfied.
Description of Work: David was the subcontractor for two bathroom remodels. This review is for his work on the second bathroom. When I made requests, he always came up with solutions so I could have what I wanted. He gave very good advice when I had questions. He made sure every detail was completed before finishing the job. I highly recommend using his services. He seems very knowledgeable.

+ 1 moreIt was a contractor with Reico. It was a top rate experience. I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mr. Payne. He was very professional and he’s very nice to work with. I would say, I’ve used and use Payne & Son.
Description of Work: I used Payne and Son. They did my bathroom. They gutted the bathroom and installed everything. They did the tile work. They built the walls and backed up the ceiling in. They installed all the stuff that Reico ordered for the bathroom like the sink, cabinet and the counter.
