He is wonderful. We did have him two different years so we were really pleased with his work. They were all really high quality. He is very responsive.

Jeff was great. We had fence installed and the communication with production manager was commendable. He kept us updated adn was very professional. The install crews were hard workers and answered all of my questions. I also had a visit from the owner Richard and he made sure I was satisfied. Great Job!

Two long visits by the manager to brainstorm as many home access options as possible. Additional visit with his lead carpenter to finish the design. Numerous visits by 2 carpenters and manager to do the work. All permits were obtained. Added a personal touch, the manager bought shrubs and landscaped.

Richard worked with us to design the deck exactly as we wanted it. We had to work around a gulley running through the middle of the yard, and it took some creative design work to make the deck as large as we wanted and still leave enough level ground to allow a person to walk around the deck without falling into the gulley. He suggested putting the roof overhang over the door from the kitchen to the deck, and it was a great addition. When he took down the old deck, we discovered rot in some of the house siding. Richard removed all the rotten siding and replaced it with Hardie-Plank boards. Richard and his crew were great to work with. This was our second project with Home and Estate. The first job Richard and his crew did for us was installation of a wooden fence (with three gates and two beautiful arbors) around our backyard. We recommend them highly with no reservations.
