+ 1 moreExcellent work. Professional friendly and hard working. I brought an extremely smoky house. They felt they could come in a help clean entire system. It was terrible work these young men had to do. The person who lived here was a chain smoker and dropped his bits into the vents. I love the fact you get before and after pictures. Thank you Ductz for helping me out and yes I will use them again.

+ -1 moreExtremely well. Dave Hoopsick did the estimate. I found him to be warm, friendly and clear about what the estimate covered. He also answered all of my questions. Most helpful was a video of the process that allowed me to prepare and schedule the cleaning accordingly. It also led to more questions, which Dave readily answered. The team that performed the work showed up at the appointed time, were pleasant and thorough. I asked them to wear masks in the house, and they agreed readily and politely. They sent before and after pictures so I know that the ducts are clean and my indoor air quality is better. Thanks and I would hire them again anytime.

+ -1 moreDave, the General Manager, was very responsive in coming to my house, making an assessment and quoting a price. His team did an excellent job. So professional and thorough. After the job was completed, he sent pics of before and after on the many types of machinery. I was very pleased.
