We're under warranty service. I think they're good. I like him personally. Their price is reasonable. He's the head of the company and he is the one who comes. He doesn't send anyone.

I was greeted by a person on the phone when I called to schedule. I explained what I needed and received price estimates and product recommendations. Re-adjustment in scheduling was not an issue; they worked with me when I needed to do so. Estimates on arrival time and time to complete work were very accurate. After the first visit a second visit was scheduled to assist to solving a previously unknown issue. They were focused on affordability and integrity of the best solution - not padding an invoice. I was pleased at solving this problem together, and the Air Knight product they recommended. The exchanges by email about follow up questions were clear and prompt. The technician was polite, friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to my questions. So is the office manager who is very clearly focused on a customer who wishes to be informed. When the work was complete, I called them to them I was satisfied and would recommend them gladly to anybody. Their price on product and labor is clearly competitive with other larger groups. I have had very poor to middling experiences with HVAC service groups while in this house, and this experience was notably exceptional.

I like that he is very responsive, as I can call at either day or night. He will also try to walk you through the problem over the phone instead of trying to charge you for service. I also think he is very knowledgeable
