+ -1 moreI chose Conner Electric to provide the panel upgrade for the heat pump because out of 4 estimates I felt Mr Conner cared about MY job. His crew did the job on the date promised and left the job site clean. On 5/11/16 when I was having something else done, it was discovered there was a problem with a breaker that previously was not being used. I called Mr Conner 5/12/16, left a message and he promptly returned my call. I explained the best I could what the problem was and right away he said he would get someone out to see what was going on. 8:30 AM 5/13/16 I received a call from one of his electricians that he was on the way. The problem was corrected in less than 15 minutes of his arrival. Mr Conner personally called shortly after to be sure all was well. He truly stands behind his company's work with an extraordinary attitude that is seldom seen in companies today.
Description of Work: Conner Electric did an electric panel upgrade for a new heat pump 4/15. Had a breaker issue 5/16
