+ -1 moreOur doorknob didn't survive the Fourth of July, but Mike of Charlie's Lock Shop was working the day after the holiday when I called to see if he could help. He came out that afternoon, replaced the doorknob and two deadbolt cylinders and provided plenty of keys. Mike was friendly, professional and prompt.
