Description of Work: The deadbolt on our front door failed. They came and replaced and rekeyed to match our keys. Came out quickly no hassle and very professional.

In the course of the conversation, I was told that the company was not participating in a Big Deal at that time and that it would cost $250 to install a deadbolt lock. | |We went through with the service despite the fact that we did not receive the discount for which we had paid. He gave us $19 off of the final price. | |The rating isn't lower because the technician who came to do the work was nice and helpful.

Description of Work: They rekeyed three doors in our home to all use the same key instead of three. Also, the next day they repaired a lock at my mother's home. They were super nice and friendly and did great work.

Description of Work: The locksmith installed a replacement lock for our sliding glass door. He knew what he was doing and charged us less than the orginial quote. He also came out on a Saturday morning which we greatly appreciated since our home was going to be inspected on Monday. I would definitely call this company again.
