Mr. Young did a quality job. He was honest and the labor costs were fair. He fixes what needs to be done without the inflated prices and over selling tactics.

I contacted Mr.Young via Angie's List, and he promptly returned my call, and asked several questions pertaining to the problem, and he was here in 15 minutes.......that was amazing in itself! He immediately identified the problem, (minor), thank goodness, had the parts needed with him, and problem was fixed within 30 minutes or so. He cleaned up the area, hung my rug out to dry, and was very, very professional and pleasant. Having been fortunate enough over the years to not need a plumber on a regular basis, I was a little surprised at the price, but after talking with several friends.........they assured me I got a great deal, especially to have him respond in 15 minutes. I was very pleased, and would certainly call him again if necessary. I would definitely have no problem referring him and his service to my friends.

I called Affordable Plumbing at about 11:00 AM and left a message. My call was returned about 10 minutes later. To my surprise, Mr Young was able to repair my hot water heater although I had expected to have o replace it. He was finished and on his way by 12:45. Affordable Zplumbing certainly lives up to it's goal of providing and quot;prompt, affordable service.and quot; I wiil definitely call him again.

We had this problem crop up suddenly and could not turn off valve. We called another company but they couldn't come that day. We called Tommy and he was able to come over in less than 2 hours. He is very knowledgable and professional. Had all supplies we needed on hand in his truck. He completed the job in about 40 minutes. And now we have found a reliable and affordable plumber. Great find, great job, great guy!

I needed a plumber to make several small but annoying repairs at my home. Not big jobs, but enough work for one or two hours. Going down the names on Angie's List, I identified several choices, but felt their quotes were higher (in one case $500) then I thought the jobs should be. I eventually worked my way down to Tommy Young at Affordable Plumbing. He had a good rating and I decided to give him a call. Tommy answered the call himself, listened to the jobs I wanted to do and provided a satisfactory estimate for his services. Unfortunately several days passed until we could nail down a time for him to do the work, but my repairs where not emergencies and I worked with his availability. Overall, Tommy did excellent work on the toilet and the several additional leaks I had him work on. His work was professional and he thoroughly cleaned up the areas he had worked on. Very good experience and very fair pricing.

Great experience!! Last night I was notified by my daughter that our upstairs toilet was leaking and there was water all over the floor of the upstairs bathroom. This morning, I did a search and found that Tommy's business address was close to mine and he had a few good reviews. I gave him a call and left him a message. It took him about 5 minutes to call me back, which was around 8:30AM. He got to my house at 11AM, and called me before he came. This was exactly when he stated he would arrive. He checked out the toilet and told me what was wrong in less than 5 minutes. He was here about and hour and a half and got the toilet fixed and replaced several parts. He was very prompt, professional, and affordable. Very nice man to talk to and has a great personality. Will definitely use him again if I have other plumbing issues.

Cold-called them Thursday evening, they returned call first thing Friday morning, scheduled appointment for an hour later, and completed installation in 25 minutes to my complete satisfaction. I am tired of hiring companies who end up sending out and quot;greenand quot; employees who take forever figuring things out (while the clock is ticking). Affordable Plumbing -- Tommy and James-- are Master plumbers who know their stuff.

I had granite counters installed and a new sink and knew that the installation did not include reconnecting the plumbing. I thought we would be able to do it ourselves - WRONG :-). Tommy gave me an accurate estimate over the phone, came in a timely manner and had available the needed replacement parts to get the plumbing, faucet and garbage disposal connected. He knew what he was doing and the work was very reasonably priced. Have already recommended him to friends and neighbors and would definitely use again!
