ACTION POWER WASHING

I have used this service before and was not disappointed. Mr. Workman was prompt, courteous, and did a terrific job! I would totally recommend using Action Power Washing to anyone looking for this type of service. Awesome job!!

It went great. Tyrone was on time when he said he would come over for a quote. He called two days before the job to remind me and then showed up almost to the minute of when he was expected. The job took a little longer than he expected, and rain came sooner than forecast, yet he did not stop or raise the price. Everything looked great and he took extra care where some driveway crack patches were subject to coming loose. Considering gas, cleaning supplies and equipment he doesn't charge enough- I added $25 so I could look myself in the mirror and even now I am a little ashamed of not adding twice that. The cleaning included brick, siding, drivet/stucco, and concrete/pebble mix on driveway. All looked great.

Fantastic from first phone call to end of job. I cannot recommend Tyrone enough. He was polite, professional, on time/early, thorough...He called back the day I called to inquire. He called with a reminder a few days before the job. He was a few minutes early. He quoted me over the phone and never waivered from his quote. He did OUTSTANDING work. He cleaned up after himself. He was pleasant. Just an all around fantastic experience.

I contacted Mr. Workman on Angie's List and he responded back within hours of my request for a quote. He gave me a quote over the phone after learning the size of the building. This quote was far better than others I received, so I sat up an appointment. He arrived and we walked around the house where we talked about the job. I went back into the house after he told me he would let me know when the job was finished. About two hours later, he was finished and I was very pleased with the work. This is the way all jobs should go.

Tyrone arrived slightly early and immediately began powerwashing house and then the 1 car detached garage. He was very professional and detailed. I was very impressed and will definetly hire him again. I recommended him to my daughter who is in need of her house being power washed. Thanks, Tyrone! Excellent Job!!

OUTSTANDING JOB! Tyrone is a FIRST CLASS contractor who cares about both the job and the customer. In the past we paid 1/3 more for much less work. I highly recommend Tyrone Workman and will be using him from now on. Tyrone called 2 days in advance to confirm our appointment. He also called when he was going to be 15 minutes late. You will not find a better contractor than Tyrone.

Tyrone is the best! This is the fourth time I have used Action Power Washing. Not only is his work consistently good, but Tyrone is one of the only vendors I have ever hired who actually communicates with me in advance. He sets an appointment, calls a couple of days before hand to confirm it, is there when he says is going to be there, and does what he promises to do. His customer service is so good that I wish he did thing other than power washing! I have recommended Tyrone to friends who are also pleased with his work.

I easily contacted Tyrone to schedule an appointment. He was very responsive when rescheduling due to weather. He arrived on the day slightly early and was very professional. I have never seen a better job done on this or any other house, I am SO pleased!

Had a few week backlog of work to do. Gave me a date in the future, called a day in advance to remind/confirm. Showed up on time and did a good job. He is good at estimating time frames and cost. I'll hire him the next time I need this work done.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Prompt return of my inital call. Arrived on time, walked me through the process, answered all of my questions, stayed in timeframe and proposed cost. Left my yard clean and my house beautiful!

Great job, great customer service. I left a message originally and Mr. Workman called me back the same day to schedule. Had to wait about 3 weeks, but it was worth it. He called me a couple days in advance to confirm the appointment and to let me know there was rain in the forecast and if it was raining, he was willing to do the work that following Sunday. He showed up on time and right when he showed up it started to rain very lightly. He still did the work and took his time. I periodically came outside to check on the work and he was very polite and willing explained what he was doing without making me feel like I was bothering him. Got all the mold and dirt off the siding on the house and brick porch. Did a great job cleaning the deck also. I had previously scheduled this with another company who rescheduled several times and didn't show up when they were supposed to, also "teased" me for wanting to be present when the work was done. Action Powerwash and Mr. Workman was great - exact experience you would want when hiring someone to work on your home.

From the very beginning, Tyronne was ultra professional and thorough. He came and looked at my house and gave me a quote for the cost of the job, which I thought was very reasonable. He told me when he would be able to schedule it. He called me a few days later and asked if it would be okay to do the job a few days earlier than he had originally quoted. That was great! He showed up exactly on time, was super professional about telling me exactly what he would be doing and where he would be working (I was getting ready to go out) so I would not get wet. He spent a lot of time cleaning the house, the foundation, the porches and the deck. He did an amazing job. It is obvious that he takes a great deal of pride in his work and wants to make his customers very happy. He certainly did that for me and I cannot recommend him highly enough! After he was done, he walked around the house with me and showed me everything and wanted to make sure I was happy with the outcome. He is a professional in every sense of the word and I gladly give him my highest recommendation!

This is my second time using Action Power Washing. I contacted Mr. Workman because I was having some exterior repair and painting done and the estimate provided by the contractor to use their power wash subcontractor was higher than normal. Previously, I have used three different power washing services and every single time I could tell they had been there and not in a good way. They all left gutter debris, trampled flower beds and shrubs, and one even broke an exterior faucet. Mr. Workman leaves only a sparkling clean house. When he arrived, he pointed out that one of my exterior faucets was leaking. Since I was dressed for work, I wasn't able to crawl under the house to take care of it. He called later to let me know that he had turned off the water line for me. His prices are fair and he does a great job AND he answers his own phone and is always prompt with follow up. HIGHLY recommended.

As noted we made the appointment, it was a few weeks out but no problem. He arrived on time, kept to the quoted price, even called me to tell me I left some windows open. I would definately use Action Power Washing again and plan to have it done at least yearly with this company.

Tyrone was great to work with. I live in another state and he was able to provide an accurate cost estimate, suggested several days and times he had available to perform this task, and followed up with calls prior to pressure washing the house, afterwards to let me know it was completed and confirmed payments were received. Considering all this was done remotely (via phone, txt and emails) and the work looked great and I didn't have to worry, I'd recommend him again easily...

Tyrone was great! Punctual, friendly, and very professional. We had a new deck and unsealed doors that needed some special consideration; Tyrone took time to listen to our needs, and did a great job power washing our house. And, on top of it all, his price was lower than any other contractor we've contacted in the past for similar services.

An approximate estimate was provided by phone after a discussion of the house details. This was during the first phone contact and the actual price only increased by 15% on the day of service. This was 25% less than another provider 2 years ago. An appointment was made during the first phone contact that was 3 weeks later due to their schedule. They arrived on the scheduled date and time. The service, quality, and time required were all excellent.

Tyrone Workman did a great job on our house and deck. He responded within a couple of ours of the message I sent through Angie's list and then called me twice to confirm the date and time he would do the job. He arrived exactly on time and did an excellent job. I will definitely be contact Tyrone again for my next powers wash.

Tyrone Workman did a wonderful job of removing all the mold and yuck from our house and tool shed. We will be painting the house and shed in a few days and Mr. Workman pointed out a couple of spots that will need special attention from us once we get started, which I really appreciated. He arrived within his scheduled time frame and worked steadily until finished, which was maybe a little over an hour. He's a very nice man, very professional and we will be using him again in a few weeks to clean the deck, screened porch and privacy fence. Great work for a great price!

Mr. Workman arrived right on time. He was professional and personable. Despite being faced with two decks that were likely more weathered than anticipated, he confirmed that he could perform the job at the agreed upon price quoted over the phone earlier. Mr. Workman was detail-oriented and indicated genuine concern for my property. He even alerted me that my dog had wandered out of the open gate so I could get him back before he got too far away. I was very pleased with the finished product. The decks cleaned up beautifully and the house looks great! I would not hesitate to recommend Action Power Washing.

I called to get our 2600sq ft home power washed and spoke with Tyronne. He was very professional on the phone and said he was booked up for a couple of weeks but quoted me a price over the phone and let me know he would call me back to schedule a time once he could see his calendar. He called back that evening to confirm the date/time and called two days before the appointment just to verify. He showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning the outside of our home. Our house is white so I wasn't sure if there would be any stains left after he was done because I don't think the previous owners ever had the outside pressure washed. I was very happy to see that there were only minimal stains left and the house looks great! I would recommend him for his professionalism and his price was great.

Mr Workman promptly returned my call when I initially reached out to him. At that time it was too cold to power wash so he said he would call me back in a few weeks. He kept his word and called me a few weeks later to schedule my service. He called two days before to confirm the appt and actually showed up 2 hrs earlier than he originally said! He power washed my very dirty house and removed all of the green gunk on the back of the house. It looks awesome! I highly recommend Action Power Washing! I also feel that the price was extremely reasonable.
