Tyrone was great. He set a time a few weeks out. Called a few days before and then just before he left to set expectations. He spent quite a bit of time on our house and when an area didn't look as good as he hoped, the stayed at it until he was satisfied w the result. We would use him again.

Tyrone was great. From the start it was easy to set up a time and his quote was very fair. He called a couple days ahead to confirm the time and showed up right on time to perform the work. When done, the house looked like new, we will definitely call Action Power Washing again in the future, and his final price even came in at the low side of his quote which was great. All in all, would definitely recommend them.

This is the third year in a row that I've used Tyrone. He's just completely awesome: extreme attention to detail (stuff I never noticed), very careful not to damage anything (including landscaping) yet get everything clean, a very high work ethic, and extremely reasonable pricing. I kept expecting his prices to go up year over year, but instead he just charges according to how much time he spends which this year was less than last, which was less than the year before. And, he's just a very nice person and fun to talk to! Will definitely keep using him.

I contacted Mr Workman in early August to set up an appointment. As his schedule was already full, we agreed to do the work on August 30. As promised he called on the 28th to confirm the date and arrival time. I cannot express enough I how pleased I was with gentleman's work on my home. His communication throughout was excellent, attention to details was outstanding and the quality of the finished product speaks for itself. Could not be more pleased with the results.

I had a good experience having my house power washed by Action Power Washing & Cleaning, Tyrone Workman, 804-675-WASH. He did an quality job, and he gave me a good price. My overall impression was conscientious, honest, not pushy, and professional.

I was not able to be there and left payment. He arrived promptly and prepared the house by moving items out of the way. When he got done, the house looked like new. I really cannot believe how clean and thorough he was. My gutters and fascia are perfectly white all the way to the highest parts and my siding is the brown color it's supposed to be. My house is on a slant so the back is 3 stories tall and still all clean. I did not expect to come home to such a clean and sparkling home. We had settled on a price before he arrived and when he saw my military decal, he left a cash veteran discount (paid with a check).

He was the ultimate hard worker and gentleman, very professional. It was during the heat wave with temperatures in upper 90's and he he still did a very thorough job when he could have hurried and just got it done to be out of the heat. We have a large house and our brick has never looked so good! I highly recommend him and would hire him again in heartbeat!

Tyrone is the absolute BEST. He is one of the very few vendors I have used who does what he says he will do, when he says he will do it, and he is very reasonably priced. I have recommended him to several others who continue to call him first as well. Can tell how good he is, as there is always a waiting list, and I have learned to call early in the spring so as not to have to wait a month for the service - but I would because he is that good. Quality, dependability, professionalism, and fair price. Have used him for 6 years now.

Tyrone is one of the best vendors I have dealt with ever. I use him regularly. His price is very fair, his work is excellent, and his customer service is above and beyond most vendors. He does what he promises, he arrives on time, and he calls beforehand to confirm the day and time. He expects payment only when the customer is satisfied. He is so busy (which is a clue about the quality of his work), that I usually have to schedule an appt. a few weeks in advance. However, working with Tyrone is so pleasurable that I don't mind at all! Highly recommend Tyrone.
