everything went well from initial contact to completed power washing.

I called a couple of weeks ago, after I did not hear back from the first company I hired. I spoke with Tyrone Workman, who explained that he does not come out to the home to give an estimate. He asked about the size of our home, and if there was a deck or any special issues, and gave me a range of price, explaining that the day of service he would give a definite price before the work started. He called the day before, and stated a time he would arrive. He arrived exactly on time, gave me a price right in the middle of the range he had quoted. He was professional and extremely polite. He took the time to address my concerns about our herb garden and explained how he would clean around the area so the plants would be safe. He then did proceeded to do a beautiful job. He thoroughly cleaned the house, the windows, the front porch, the back deck, and even included our aggregate sidewalk, which was not included in the original quote. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

I contacted Mr. Workman after I read the good reviews for Action Power Washing & Cleaning on Angie's List. I had scheduled an appointment with another company, also with rave reviews from AL; they never showed up to do the work. Mr. Workman responded promptly to my call and and we scheduled service. I expressed my concern about the lack of follow through that I had experienced with the other company, but he was consistently dependable in return calls and scheduling. Mr. Workman said he would arrive between 8:30 and 9:00, but arrived ahead of schedule at 8:00 a.m. During our scheduling call, he asked if an estimate on arrival would be acceptable. As the reviews had indicated a fair price, I agreed. Upon arrival, Mr. Workman and I walked around the house, I indicated the areas to be cleaned and the particulary dirty areas and he gave me an estimate of $175 to $200. He worked steadily for a couple of hours and when he was finished, I could not have been more pleased with the difference. The house was filthy and when he was finished, the house and the deck looked brand new. He was very careful with some areas where there is some distressed wood and most of all, he was careful around all of my plants. I have had my house washed three times in the past and every single time, it appeared that the washers had beat my landscaping directly with the spray. It was obvious that Mr. Workman had taken great care to keep my shrubbery and plants safe. I should add that he did all of the work by himself, steady and efficient, professional and a pleasure to work with. At the end of the service, he said that it had not taken as long as he had anticipated. My final bill - $150.00. The estimate from the other company - $275. I recommend Mr. Tyrone Workman and Action Power Washing & Cleaning without hesitation. I will definitely be using Action Power Washing for all future power washing needs.

I had contacted Action Power Washing (based on all the positive Angie's List reports and high rating), and spoke to Mr. Tyrone Workman. He was in the middle of a pressure wash job, and said he would contact me later in the day, which he did. I gave him the information about the size of my home, and what specific areas I needed power washed. We then agreed on a date to have the job done (in the same week that I contacted him - - he'd also called a couple of days before the date to confirm). He arrived at my home on scheduled date and time. Tyrone did an excellent job! His work was done efficiently, and the landscaping around my house was not disturbed, which was also very impressive! And the length of time to do the job was "spot on" accurate, and he was also going to charge me less that the original amount, since the work was not that hard and didn't take that long. But because the job was done so well, and to my satisfaction, I gave Tyrone the original amount we agreed upon. I was super impressed with his work, and this was one of the few times I didn't feel that I was being taken advantaged of by someone doing work on my home - - thank you Tyrone!

Cleaned the house in about 2 hours and even cleaned the walkway.

He gave me a quote immediately based on size of my house. Showed up on time. When he arrived, he lowered the price even though I had agreed to the original quote. I would be happy to use him again.

Came on time ready to work, got it done in a reasonable amount of time, and charged what I considered a reasonable amount for more than 2.5 hours on the site.

This is the second time we have used the services of Action Power Washing. with another excellent job. I would recommend the work that Tyrone does to anyone.

Tyrone was very responsive, very professional, and very thorough. I couldn't be happier w/ the quality of the work - excellent. I am definitely a customer for life with this company. I also very much appreciated Tyrone honest communication style. He has a lot of experience and will tell it to you straight. If you talk to him you'll know what I mean.

Best experience I've ever had with a contractor. Tyrone was 5-10 minutes early, professional, and thorough. Cleaned my house the same way he would clean his own. More than reasonable prices: $175 for all the work described above. My house had at least 6 years' worth of green mold on it, and he cleaned it all off to a sparkling shine in about 2 hours and 20 minutes. I watched the job from start to finish, and he hit every inch of every surface repeatedly until both soap and dirt were gone. Didn't skip smaller boards in the deck or cut corners in any way. Was able to easily reach difficult spots like the farthest, highest side of the chimney. During the process, an old, unused vent cap got busted, and he was quick to point that out. I didn't care about the cap because it served no purpose and was ancient, but I did appreciate his proactiveness in immediately drawing any potential issues to my attention. He even went out of his way to do things he was not being paid to do, like gently cleaning a particular part of my roof that had a lot of mold buildup (obviously roofs are not generally part of the deal). To cap it off, he helped me jump start my car before he left, since I discovered the battery was dead when I tried to move the vehicle to give him access to my driveway. All in all an exceptional experience. Small, independent contractor who has been in the business for around 14 years and really cares about his customers. Good-natured, friendly, extremely competent. Provides discounts for repeat business. Try getting that kind of service from those big, modern day companies! I will hire Action Power Washing without hesitation for as long as I own my house, as long as he is still in business, and as long as mold continues to grow.

The overall experience from scheduling the work to completion of the job exceeded our expectations.

I've used Action for 3 years in a row now. Tyrone does a great job and is very thorough. For $130, he pressure washed my entire house, including deck and steps. Courteous and professional - will continue to use him every year.

Tyrone quoted me a price over the phone after having washed my home a couple years ago. He is always very professional and easy to work with. He does excellent work and pays attention to every detail. As long as he's in business and I live in this area I'll never use anyone else.

Tyrone did an excellent job. He rescheduled once due to concerns about the weather, but he called the day before and was professional in his approach. He was able to provide an accurate quote on the phone with just a little information about the house and he did an excellent job. One of the downspouts was loose, but he climbed a ladder and reattached it. I will use his services again.

Tyrone gave me an estimate when I called based on the square-footage of the house and the other details I supplied. He showed up on time on the appointment date and got right to work. Tyrone did a wonderful job. He was professional from the start. He called me the day prior to remind me of the appointment. The day of the appointment he called to tell me when he would be there. He charged exactly what he estimated by phone, including some extra work on the awning and foundation which he included in the price. He did not charge extra for the front entrance porch or the foundation. I will continue to use this company.

The gentleman arrived on time, decided his original over-the-phone estimate was too high and quoted a lower price. He performed the work professionally, accepted suggestions on cleaning certain areas and finished well within the time frame he had predicted.
