Description of Work: Mr. Workman power washed our house and all the railings on deck, front porch and stairs. He was great...came out to see about my questions concerning being able to reach the third floor..very responsive, and very reasonable....I actually paid him a little more than he charged, because he took his time, and really tried to make sure I was satisfied. He will be my power washer for the future

+ -1 moreThe gentleman behind the company is a gentleman through and through. He arrived when stated, worked hard, and did the best job of any pressure washing company we've hired in twenty years. For the first time, our patios, walkways, and our home were left clean, as were our many floral beds. I'd recommend him to my best friend and their best friend. His prices were in line with other companies. The work was superior.
Description of Work: We have very large brick patio areas in the front and back of our home. Additionally, there is a rental home on the property with smaller brick areas in front and on the side of it. The brick pathways have step areas and lead in all directions around the house. It was a large, dirty project since it hadn't been power washed in over a year. The shade and humidity had created mossy spots and mildew in a great many places.

When they were finished power washing my home, they asked me to look and make sure the job was to my specifications. I did not check on pricing before I hired them as I felt their price was quite reasonable.
