I purchased the Groupon for yard work, which included having my lawn mowed and weeds trimmed 3 times throughout the growing season. I have a tiny yard that took them less than 10 minutes on their riding mower. The first time was good. Everything was done as expected. The 2nd and 3rd time, the grass was cut but none of the weeds were done. Since I did not want to mow the lawn this summer, I asked about a service plan as well as why the weeds weren't trimmed. They quoted me a monthly charge and said they would trim the weeds this time. They gave me an address, and I promptly sent them the fee for June 2012 that covered 2 lawn services (mowing and weed trimming). I had to reach out to them twice to inquire when someone would come out to mow the lawn as they never informed me of the schedule for the month. I had to leave a message as usual and on the 2nd voicemail, the grass was mowed when I got home. The next service for the month was never fulfilled. I called numerous times and emailed them asking when I would have my lawn cut that I paid for. They would not respond. I did file a BBB complaint, which they did not respond to. The BBB closed the complaint, so I ended up paying for a service I never received. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a company. I, like a previous reviewer, kept asking if they could just give me a timeframe. If they were overwhelmed, just give me a sign that they would servicing my lawn at some point. Unfortunately, I got nothing.
