Good customer service

The technician installed a new attic fan, but told me he could not install the "dome" that covers the fan on the top of the roof that takes the hot air outside. I am now negotiating with a roofer to install a dome to cover the exposure to the outside. I presumed a company that installed attic fans would be able to do that.

New panel installed and kitchen outlets upgrades for kitchen appliances. Pleased with the work and price was reasonable. I will call Charlie at CRH for future electrical needs.

I was incredibly happy with the outcome of my project. I had them run a circuit for a new microwave and separate a circuit in the kitchen that had been popping. They also identified a few issues with my panel that I had them fix on the spot. I'll definitely be going back to them.

Timely response & good pricing

The electrician was very thorough in the diagnosis determining the cause of the break in the circuit. Replaced 2 regular out let's to GFI outlets and 2 circuit breakers during the visit. Cost was reasonable. Charlie was upfront about the cost and repairs.

This person I felt tried to con me after he arrived at my home. He told me that the fan electrical outlet in the ceiling had not been previously wired for the fan and that he was going to have to now do the wiring. I told him that i had paid the fee required at the time of building to have this outlet wired for a ceiling fan. He than told his helper to climb up on the ladder and see if he could see if it had been correctly wired, seeming to pretend that he did not determine that when he had been on the ladder. He helper did as asked and replied that it appeared to have been already done. I am a widow on a fixed income and this is not the first time that a man has tried to scam me. I do not appreciate this, it makes me angry, and be assured that I will not be using your service again. The only thing that concerns me is if this person were to return to my home or try to get even with me for this review. - Susanne in Virginia
